“Christmas with your relatives, Easter with whomever you want.” — an Italian proverb made for these times.

Easter, or Pasqua in Italian, is a significant holiday in Italian culture, marked by parades, celebrations and gatherings, and of course a lavish feast.

In this tradition, Nostrana chefs have created a lavish springtime menu. Start your celebration with antipasti featuring Sous Chef-Macellaio Rob Roy's smoked ham, curated cheeses, roasted olives, marcona almonds, and Nostrana pickles and crackers.

Enjoy ultimate Nostrana comfort with Insalata Nostrana and Risotto alle Ortiche, a vibrant, verdant risotto of wild nettles and fava greens, some of our favorite spring staples.

And the crescendo… a main course featuring roasted lamb shoulder braised with rosemary, anchovy, garlic, olive oil, and white wine. Matched perfectly with a dollop of salsa verde, roasted asparagus, and sunchoke-celeriac-potato purée.

For dessert, Cassata Siciliana, an Italian sponge cake soaked in Marsala, layered with fresh ricotta, lemon zest, chocolate and cinnamon. Topped with Liquore Strega spiked whipped cream and shaved almonds.

Wine Director Austin Bridges has carefully selected a bottle that is sure to pair perfectly with your meal and festivities, Langhe Nebbiolo from Cascina delle Rose. A bright and elegant red, with soft cherry notes and a clean finish. Tannins enough to tame the lamb, but with a freshness that speaks to the season.

Cocktails, wine and Champagne are available to complete the experience.

  • Antipasti of Rob Roy’s ham, salumi, three cheeses, roasted olives, pickles, marcona almonds
  • Insalata Nostrana—radicchio, parmigiano, rosemary-sage croutons, cæsar-style dressing (contains raw egg, anchovy)
  • Risotto alle ortiche—wild nettle and fava green risotto
  • Roasted and braised lamb, garlic, rosemary, white wine, anchovy (2lbs)
  • Roasted asparagus; Sunchoke-celeriac-potato purée; Salsa verde
  • Cassata Siciliana—Marsala soaked Italian sponge cake, layered ricotta, lemon zest, chocolate, cinnamon, Strega whipped cream, shaved almonds

Dishes are fully cooked and handed off cold with preparation instructions. Menu modifications politely declined.
