Numbers 10:35-11:34
So it was, whenever the ark set out, that Moses said: "Rise up, O LORD! Let Your enemies be scattered, And let those who hate You flee before You." And when it rested, he said: "Return, O LORD, To the many thousands of Israel." Now when the people complained, it displeased the LORD; for the LORD heard it, and His anger was aroused. So the fire of the LORD burned among them, and consumed some in the outskirts of the camp. Then the people cried out to Moses, and when Moses prayed to the LORD, the fire was quenched. So he called the name of the place Taberah, because the fire of the LORD had burned among them. Now the mixed multitude who were among them yielded to intense craving; so the children of Israel also wept again and said: "Who will give us meat to eat? We remember the fish which we ate freely in Egypt, the cucumbers, the melons, the leeks, the onions, and the garlic; but now our whole being is dried up; there is nothing at all except this manna before our eyes!" Now the manna was like coriander seed, and its color like the color of bdellium. The people went about and gathered it, ground it on millstones or beat it in the mortar, cooked it in pans, and made cakes of it; and its taste was like the taste of pastry prepared with oil. And when the dew fell on the camp in the night, the manna fell on it. Then Moses heard the people weeping throughout their families, everyone at the door of his tent; and the anger of the LORD was greatly aroused; Moses also was displeased. So Moses said to the LORD, "Why have You afflicted Your servant? And why have I not found favor in Your sight, that You have laid the burden of all these people on me? Did I conceive all these people? Did I beget them, that You should say to me, Carry them in your bosom, as a guardian carries a nursing child, to the land which You swore to their fathers? Where am I to get meat to give to all these people? For they weep all over me, saying, Give us meat, that we may eat. I am not able to bear all these people alone, because the burden is too heavy for me. If You treat me like this, please kill me here and now if I have found favor in Your sight and do not let me see my wretchedness!" So the LORD said to Moses: "Gather to Me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom you know to be the elders of the people and officers over them; bring them to the tabernacle of meeting, that they may stand there with you. Then I will come down and talk with you there. I will take of the Spirit that is upon you and will put the same upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with you, that you may not bear it yourself alone. Then you shall say to the people, Consecrate yourselves for tomorrow, and you shall eat meat; for you have wept in the hearing of the LORD, saying, "Who will give us meat to eat? For it was well with us in Egypt." Therefore the LORD will give you meat, and you shall eat. You shall eat, not one day, nor two days, nor five days, nor ten days, nor twenty days, but for a whole month, until it comes out of your nostrils and becomes loathsome to you, because you have despised the LORD who is among you, and have wept before Him, saying, "Why did we ever come up out of Egypt?"" And Moses said, "The people whom I am among are six hundred thousand men on foot; yet You have said, I will give them meat, that they may eat for a whole month. Shall flocks and herds be slaughtered for them, to provide enough for them? Or shall all the fish of the sea be gathered together for them, to provide enough for them?" And the LORD said to Moses, "Has the LORDs arm been shortened? Now you shall see whether what I say will happen to you or not." So Moses went out and told the people the words of the LORD, and he gathered the seventy men of the elders of the people and placed them around the tabernacle. Then the LORD came down in the cloud, and spoke to him, and took of the Spirit that was upon him, and placed the same upon the seventy elders; and it happened, when the Spirit rested upon them, that they prophesied, although they never did so again. But two men had remained in the camp: the name of one was Eldad, and the name of the other Medad. And the Spirit rested upon them. Now they were among those listed, but who had not gone out to the tabernacle; yet they prophesied in the camp. And a young man ran and told Moses, and said, "Eldad and Medad are prophesying in the camp." So Joshua the son of Nun, Moses assistant, one of his choice men, answered and said, "Moses my lord, forbid them!" Then Moses said to him, "Are you zealous for my sake? Oh, that all the LORDs people were prophets and that the LORD would put His Spirit upon them!" And Moses returned to the camp, he and the elders of Israel. Now a wind went out from the LORD, and it brought quail from the sea and left them fluttering near the camp, about a days journey on this side and about a days journey on the other side, all around the camp, and about two cubits above the surface of the ground. And the people stayed up all that day, all night, and all the next day, and gathered the quail (he who gathered least gathered ten homers); and they spread them out for themselves all around the camp. But while the meat was still between their teeth, before it was chewed, the wrath of the LORD was aroused against the people, and the LORD struck the people with a very great plague. So he called the name of that place Kibroth Hattaavah, because there they buried the people who had yielded to craving.

Proverbs 3:19-4:9
The LORD by wisdom founded the earth; By understanding He established the heavens; By His knowledge the depths were broken up, And clouds drop down the dew. My son, let them not depart from your eyes Keep sound wisdom and discretion; So they will be life to your soul And grace to your neck. Then you will walk safely in your way, And your foot will not stumble. When you lie down, you will not be afraid; Yes, you will lie down and your sleep will be sweet. Do not be afraid of sudden terror, Nor of trouble from the wicked when it comes; For the LORD will be your confidence, And will keep your foot from being caught. Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, When it is in the power of your hand to do so. Do not say to your neighbor, "Go, and come back, And tomorrow I will give it, "When you have it with you. Do not devise evil against your neighbor, For he dwells by you for safetys sake. Do not strive with a man without cause, If he has done you no harm. Do not envy the oppressor, And choose none of his ways; For the perverse person is an abomination to the LORD, But His secret counsel is with the upright. The curse of the LORD is on the house of the wicked, But He blesses the home of the just. Surely He scorns the scornful, But gives grace to the humble. The wise shall inherit glory, But shame shall be the legacy of fools. Hear, my children, the instruction of a father, And give attention to know understanding; For I give you good doctrine: Do not forsake my law. When I was my fathers son, Tender and the only one in the sight of my mother, He also taught me, and said to me: "Let your heart retain my words; Keep my commands, and live. Get wisdom! Get understanding! Do not forget, nor turn away from the words of my mouth. Do not forsake her, and she will preserve you; Love her, and she will keep you. Wisdom is the principal thing; Therefore get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding. Exalt her, and she will promote you; She will bring you honor, when you embrace her. She will place on your head an ornament of grace; A crown of glory she will deliver to you."

Isaiah 40:1-8
"Comfort, yes, comfort My people!" Says your God. "Speak comfort to Jerusalem, and cry out to her, That her warfare is ended, That her iniquity is pardoned; For she has received from the LORDs hand Double for all her sins." The voice of one crying in the wilderness: "Prepare the way of the LORD; Make straight in the desert A highway for our God. Every valley shall be exalted And every mountain and hill brought low; The crooked places shall be made straight And the rough places smooth; The glory of the LORD shall be revealed, And all flesh shall see it together; For the mouth of the LORD has spoken." The voice said, "Cry out!" And he said, "What shall I cry?" "All flesh is grass, And all its loveliness is like the flower of the field. The grass withers, the flower fades, Because the breath of the LORD blows upon it; Surely the people are grass. The grass withers, the flower fades, But the word of our God stands forever."

Job 25:1-6;26:1-14
Then Bildad the Shuhite answered and said: "Dominion and fear belong to Him; He makes peace in His high places. Is there any number to His armies? Upon whom does His light not rise? How then can man be righteous before God? Or how can he be pure who is born of a woman? If even the moon does not shine, And the stars are not pure in His sight, How much less man, who is a maggot, And a son of man, who is a worm?" But Job answered and said: "How have you helped him who is without power? How have you saved the arm that has no strength? How have you counseled one who has no wisdom? And how have you declared sound advice to many? To whom have you uttered words? And whose spirit came from you? "The dead tremble, Those under the waters and those inhabiting them. Sheol is naked before Him, And Destruction has no covering. He stretches out the north over empty space; He hangs the earth on nothing. He binds up the water in His thick clouds, Yet the clouds are not broken under it. He covers the face of His throne, And spreads His cloud over it. He drew a circular horizon on the face of the waters, At the boundary of light and darkness. The pillars of heaven tremble, And are astonished at His rebuke. He stirs up the sea with His power, And by His understanding He breaks up the storm. By His Spirit He adorned the heavens; His hand pierced the fleeing serpent. Indeed these are the mere edges of His ways, And how small a whisper we hear of Him! But the thunder of His power who can understand?"

النبوات من سفر العدد لموسي النبي بركته المقدسة تكون معنا. امين. عد ١٠: ٣٥- ١١: ٣٤ ٣٥ وَعِنْدَ ٱرْتِحَالِ ٱلتَّابُوتِ كَانَ مُوسَى يَقُولُ: «قُمْ يَا رَبُّ، فَلْتَتَبَدَّدْ أَعْدَاؤُكَ وَيَهْرُبْ مُبْغِضُوكَ مِنْ أَمَامِكَ». ٣٦ وَعِنْدَ حُلُولِهِ كَانَ يَقُولُ: «ٱرْجِعْ يَا رَبُّ إِلَى رِبَوَاتِ أُلُوفِ إِسْرَائِيلَ». ١ وَكَانَ ٱلشَّعْبُ كَأَنَّهُمْ يَشْتَكُونَ شَرًّا فِي أُذُنَيِ ٱلرَّبِّ. وَسَمِعَ ٱلرَّبُّ فَحَمِيَ غَضَبُهُ، فَٱشْتَعَلَتْ فِيهِمْ نَارُ ٱلرَّبِّ وَأَحْرَقَتْ فِي طَرَفِ ٱلْمَحَلَّةِ. ٢ فَصَرَخَ ٱلشَّعْبُ إِلَى مُوسَى، فَصَلَّى مُوسَى إِلَى ٱلرَّبِّ فَخَمَدَتِ ٱلنَّارُ. ٣ فَدُعِيَ ٱسْمُ ذَلِكَ ٱلْمَوْضِعِ «تَبْعِيرَةَ» لِأَنَّ نَارَ ٱلرَّبِّ ٱشْتَعَلَتْ فِيهِمْ. ٤ وَٱللَّفِيفُ ٱلَّذِي فِي وَسَطِهِمِ ٱشْتَهَى شَهْوَةً. فَعَادَ بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ أَيْضًا وَبَكَوْا وَقَالُوا: «مَنْ يُطْعِمُنَا لَحْمًا؟ ٥ قَدْ تَذَكَّرْنَا ٱلسَّمَكَ ٱلَّذِي كُنَّا نَأْكُلُهُ فِي مِصْرَ مَجَّانًا، وَٱلْقِثَّاءَ وَٱلْبَطِّيخَ وَٱلْكُرَّاثَ وَٱلْبَصَلَ وَٱلثُّومَ. ٦ وَٱلْآنَ قَدْ يَبِسَتْ أَنْفُسُنَا. لَيْسَ شَيْءٌ غَيْرَ أَنَّ أَعْيُنَنَا إِلَى هَذَا ٱلْمَنِّ!». ٧ وَأَمَّا ٱلْمَنُّ فَكَانَ كَبِزْرِ ٱلْكُزْبَرَةِ، وَمَنْظَرُهُ كَمَنْظَرِ ٱلْمُقْلِ. ٨ كَانَ ٱلشَّعْبُ يَطُوفُونَ لِيَلْتَقِطُوهُ، ثُمَّ يَطْحَنُونَهُ بِٱلرَّحَى أَوْ يَدُقُّونَهُ فِي ٱلْهَاوَنِ وَيَطْبُخُونَهُ فِي ٱلْقُدُورِ وَيَعْمَلُونَهُ مَلَّاتٍ. وَكَانَ طَعْمُهُ كَطَعْمِ قَطَائِفَ بِزَيْتٍ. ٩ وَمَتَى نَزَلَ ٱلنَّدَى عَلَى ٱلْمَحَلَّةِ لَيْلًا كَانَ يَنْزِلُ ٱلْمَنُّ مَعَهُ. ١٠ فَلَمَّا سَمِعَ مُوسَى ٱلشَّعْبَ يَبْكُونَ بِعَشَائِرِهِمْ، كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ فِي بَابِ خَيْمَتِهِ، وَحَمِيَ غَضَبُ ٱلرَّبِّ جِدًّا، سَاءَ ذَلِكَ فِي عَيْنَيْ مُوسَى. ١١ فَقَالَ مُوسَى لِلرَّبِّ: «لِمَاذَا أَسَأْتَ إِلَى عَبْدِكَ؟ وَلِمَاذَا لَمْ أَجِدْ نِعْمَةً فِي عَيْنَيْكَ حَتَّى أَنَّكَ وَضَعْتَ ثِقْلَ جَمِيعِ هَذَا ٱلشَّعْبِ عَلَيَّ؟ ١٢ أَلَعَلِّي حَبِلْتُ بِجَمِيعِ هَذَا ٱلشَّعْبِ؟ أَوْ لَعَلِّي وَلَدْتُهُ، حَتَّى تَقُولَ لِي ٱحْمِلْهُ فِي حِضْنِكَ كَمَا يَحْمِلُ ٱلْمُرَبِّي ٱلرَّضِيعَ، إِلَى ٱلْأَرْضِ ٱلَّتِي حَلَفْتَ لِآبَائِهِ؟ ١٣ مِنْ أَيْنَ لِي لَحْمٌ حَتَّى أُعْطِيَ جَمِيعَ هَذَا ٱلشَّعْبِ؟ لِأَنَّهُمْ يَبْكُونَ عَلَيَّ قَائِلِينَ: أَعْطِنَا لَحْمًا لِنَأْكُلَ. ١٤ لَا أَقْدِرُ أَنَا وَحْدِي أَنْ أَحْمِلَ جَمِيعَ هَذَا ٱلشَّعْبِ لِأَنَّهُ ثَقِيلٌ عَلَيَّ. ١٥ فَإِنْ كُنْتَ تَفْعَلُ بِي هَكَذَا، فَٱقْتُلْنِي قَتْلًا إِنْ وَجَدْتُ نِعْمَةً فِي عَيْنَيْكَ، فَلَا أَرَى بَلِيَّتِي». ١٦ فَقَالَ ٱلرَّبُّ لِمُوسَى: «ٱجْمَعْ إِلَيَّ سَبْعِينَ رَجُلًا مِنْ شُيُوخِ إِسْرَائِيلَ ٱلَّذِينَ تَعْلَمُ أَنَّهُمْ شُيُوخُ ٱلشَّعْبِ وَعُرَفَاؤُهُ، وَأَقْبِلْ بِهِمْ إِلَى خَيْمَةِ ٱلِٱجْتِمَاعِ فَيَقِفُوا هُنَاكَ مَعَكَ. ١٧ فَأَنْزِلَ أَنَا وَأَتَكَلَّمَ مَعَكَ هُنَاكَ، وَآخُذَ مِنَ ٱلرُّوحِ ٱلَّذِي عَلَيْكَ وَأَضَعَ عَلَيْهِمْ، فَيَحْمِلُونَ مَعَكَ ثِقْلَ ٱلشَّعْبِ، فَلَا تَحْمِلُ أَنْتَ وَحْدَكَ. ١٨ وَلِلشَّعْبِ تَقُولُ: تَقَدَّسُوا لِلْغَدِ فَتَأْكُلُوا لَحْمًا، لِأَنَّكُمْ قَدْ بَكَيْتُمْ فِي أُذُنَيِ ٱلرَّبِّ قَائِلِينَ: مَنْ يُطْعِمُنَا لَحْمًا؟ إِنَّهُ كَانَ لَنَا خَيْرٌ فِي مِصْرَ. فَيُعْطِيكُمُ ٱلرَّبُّ لَحْمًا فَتَأْكُلُونَ. ١٩ تَأْكُلُونَ لَا يَوْمًا وَاحِدًا، وَلَا يَوْمَيْنِ، وَلَا خَمْسَةَ أَيَّامٍ، وَلَا عَشَرَةَ أَيَّامٍ، وَلَا عِشْرِينَ يَوْمًا، ٢٠ بَلْ شَهْرًا مِنَ ٱلزَّمَانِ، حَتَّى يَخْرُجَ مِنْ مَنَاخِرِكُمْ، وَيَصِيرَ لَكُمْ كَرَاهَةً، لِأَنَّكُمْ رَفَضْتُمُ ٱلرَّبَّ ٱلَّذِي فِي وَسَطِكُمْ وَبَكَيْتُمْ أَمَامَهُ قَائِلِينَ: لِمَاذَا خَرَجْنَا مِنْ مِصْرَ؟» ٢١ فَقَالَ مُوسَى: «سِتُّ مِئَةِ أَلْفِ مَاشٍ هُوَ ٱلشَّعْبُ ٱلَّذِي أَنَا فِي وَسَطِهِ، وَأَنْتَ قَدْ قُلْتَ: أُعْطِيهِمْ لَحْمًا لِيَأْكُلُوا شَهْرًا مِنَ ٱلزَّمَانِ. ٢٢ أَيُذْبَحُ لَهُمْ غَنَمٌ وَبَقَرٌ لِيَكْفِيَهُمْ؟ أَمْ يُجْمَعُ لَهُمْ كُلُّ سَمَكِ ٱلْبَحْرِ لِيَكْفِيَهُمْ؟» ٢٣ فَقَالَ ٱلرَّبُّ لِمُوسَى: «هَلْ تَقْصُرُ يَدُ ٱلرَّبِّ؟ ٱلْآنَ تَرَى أَيُوافِيكَ كَلَامِي أَمْ لَا». ٢٤ فَخَرَجَ مُوسَى وَكَلَّمَ ٱلشَّعْبَ بِكَلَامِ ٱلرَّبِّ، وَجَمَعَ سَبْعِينَ رَجُلًا مِنْ شُيُوخِ ٱلشَّعْبِ وَأَوْقَفَهُمْ حَوَالَيِ ٱلْخَيْمَةِ. ٢٥ فَنَزَلَ ٱلرَّبُّ فِي سَحَابَةٍ وَتَكَلَّمَ مَعَهُ، وَأَخَذَ مِنَ ٱلرُّوحِ ٱلَّذِي عَلَيْهِ وَجَعَلَ عَلَى ٱلسَّبْعِينَ رَجُلًا ٱلشُّيُوخَ. فَلَمَّا حَلَّتْ عَلَيْهِمِ ٱلرُّوحُ تَنَبَّأُوا، وَلَكِنَّهُمْ لَمْ يَزِيدُوا. ٢٦ وَبَقِيَ رَجُلَانِ فِي ٱلْمَحَلَّةِ، ٱسْمُ ٱلْوَاحِدِ أَلْدَادُ، وَٱسْمُ ٱلْآخَرِ مِيدَادُ، فَحَلَّ عَلَيْهِمَا ٱلرُّوحُ. وَكَانَا مِنَ ٱلْمَكْتُوبِينَ، لَكِنَّهُمَا لَمْ يَخْرُجَا إِلَى ٱلْخَيْمَةِ، فَتَنَبَّآ فِي ٱلْمَحَلَّةِ. ٢٧ فَرَكَضَ غُلَامٌ وَأَخْبَرَ مُوسَى وَقَالَ: «أَلْدَادُ وَمِيدَادُ يَتَنَبَّآنِ فِي ٱلْمَحَلَّةِ». ٢٨ فَأَجَابَ يَشُوعُ بْنُ نُونَ خَادِمُ مُوسَى مِنْ حَدَاثَتِهِ وَقَالَ: «يَا سَيِّدِي مُوسَى، ٱرْدَعْهُمَا!» ٢٩ فَقَالَ لَهُ مُوسَى: «هَلْ تَغَارُ أَنْتَ لِي؟ يَا لَيْتَ كُلَّ شَعْبِ ٱلرَّبِّ كَانُوا أَنْبِيَاءَ إِذَا جَعَلَ ٱلرَّبُّ رُوحَهُ عَلَيْهِمْ». ٣٠ ثُمَّ ٱنْحَازَ مُوسَى إِلَى ٱلْمَحَلَّةِ هُوَ وَشُيُوخُ إِسْرَائِيلَ. ٣١ فَخَرَجَتْ رِيحٌ مِنْ قِبَلِ ٱلرَّبِّ وَسَاقَتْ سَلْوَى مِنَ ٱلْبَحْرِ وَأَلْقَتْهَا عَلَى ٱلْمَحَلَّةِ، نَحْوَ مَسِيرَةِ يَوْمٍ مِنْ هُنَا وَمَسِيرَةِ يَوْمٍ مِنْ هُنَاكَ، حَوَالَيِ ٱلْمَحَلَّةِ، وَنَحْوَ ذِرَاعَيْنِ فَوْقَ وَجْهِ ٱلْأَرْضِ. ٣٢ فَقَامَ ٱلشَّعْبُ كُلَّ ذَلِكَ ٱلنَّهَارِ، وَكُلَّ ٱللَّيْلِ وَكُلَّ يَوْمِ ٱلْغَدِ وَجَمَعُوا ٱلسَّلْوَى. ٱلَّذِي قَلَّلَ جَمَعَ عَشَرَةَ حَوَامِرَ. وَسَطَّحُوهَا لَهُمْ مَسَاطِحَ حَوَالَيِ ٱلْمَحَلَّةِ. ٣٣ وَإِذْ كَانَ ٱللَّحْمُ بَعْدُ بَيْنَ أَسْنَانِهِمْ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَنْقَطِعَ، حَمِيَ غَضَبُ ٱلرَّبِّ عَلَى ٱلشَّعْبِ، وَضَرَبَ ٱلرَّبُّ ٱلشَّعْبَ ضَرْبَةً عَظِيمَةً جِدًّا. ٣٤ فَدُعِيَ ٱسْمُ ذَلِكَ ٱلْمَوْضِعِ «قَبَرُوتَ هَتَّأَوَةَ» لِأَنَّهُمْ هُنَاكَ دَفَنُوا ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱشْتَهَوْا. مجدا للثالوث القدوس الهنا الي ابد الابدين كلها امين.   من سفر الأمثال النبي بركته المقدسة تكون معنا. أمين. أم ٣: ١٩- ٤: ٩ ١٩ ٱلرَّبُّ بِٱلْحِكْمَةِ أَسَّسَ ٱلْأَرْضَ. أَثْبَتَ ٱلسَّمَاوَاتِ بِٱلْفَهْمِ. ٢٠ بِعِلْمِهِ ٱنْشَقَّتِ ٱللُّجَجُ، وَتَقْطُرُ ٱلسَّحَابُ نَدًى. ٢١ يَا ٱبْنِي، لَا تَبْرَحْ هَذِهِ مِنْ عَيْنَيْكَ. ٱحْفَظِ ٱلرَّأْيَ وَٱلتَّدْبِيرَ، ٢٢ فَيَكُونَا حَيَاةً لِنَفْسِكَ، وَنِعْمَةً لِعُنُقِكَ. ٢٣ حِينَئِذٍ تَسْلُكُ فِي طَرِيقِكَ آمِنًا، وَلَا تَعْثُرُ رِجْلُكَ. ٢٤ إِذَا ٱضْطَجَعْتَ فَلَا تَخَافُ، بَلْ تَضْطَجِعُ وَيَلُذُّ نَوْمُكَ. ٢٥ لَا تَخْشَى مِنْ خَوْفٍ بَاغِتٍ، وَلَا مِنْ خَرَابِ ٱلْأَشْرَارِ إِذَا جَاءَ. ٢٦ لِأَنَّ ٱلرَّبَّ يَكُونُ مُعْتَمَدَكَ، وَيَصُونُ رِجْلَكَ مِنْ أَنْ تُؤْخَذَ. ٢٧ لَا تَمْنَعِ ٱلْخَيْرَ عَنْ أَهْلِهِ، حِينَ يَكُونُ فِي طَاقَةِ يَدِكَ أَنْ تَفْعَلَهُ. ٢٨ لَا تَقُلْ لِصَاحِبِكَ: «ٱذْهَبْ وَعُدْ فَأُعْطِيَكَ غَدًا» وَمَوْجُودٌ عِنْدَكَ. ٢٩ لَا تَخْتَرِعْ شَرًّا عَلَى صَاحِبِكَ، وَهُوَ سَاكِنٌ لَدَيْكَ آمِنًا. ٣٠ لَا تُخَاصِمْ إِنْسَانًا بِدُونِ سَبَبٍ، إِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ قَدْ صَنَعَ مَعَكَ شَرًّا. ٣١ لَا تَحْسِدِ ٱلظَّالِمَ وَلَا تَخْتَرْ شَيْئًا مِنْ طُرُقِهِ، ٣٢ لِأَنَّ ٱلْمُلْتَوِيَ رَجْسٌ عِنْدَ ٱلرَّبِّ، أَمَّا سِرُّهُ فَعِنْدَ ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمِينَ. ٣٣ لَعْنَةُ ٱلرَّبِّ فِي بَيْتِ ٱلشِّرِّيرِ، لَكِنَّهُ يُبَارِكُ مَسْكَنَ ٱلصِّدِّيقِينَ. ٣٤ كَمَا أَنَّهُ يَسْتَهْزِئُ بِٱلْمُسْتَهْزِئِينَ، هَكَذَا يُعْطِي نِعْمَةً لِلْمُتَوَاضِعِينَ. ٣٥ ٱلْحُكَمَاءُ يَرِثُونَ مَجْدًا وَٱلْحَمْقَى يَحْمِلُونَ هَوَانًا.   ١ اِسْمَعُوا أَيُّهَا ٱلْبَنُونَ تَأْدِيبَ ٱلْأَبِ، وَٱصْغُوا لِأَجْلِ مَعْرِفَةِ ٱلْفَهْمِ، ٢ لِأَنِّي أُعْطِيكُمْ تَعْلِيمًا صَالِحًا، فَلَا تَتْرُكُوا شَرِيعَتِي. ٣ فَإِنِّي كُنْتُ ٱبْنًا لِأَبِي، غَضًّا وَوَحِيدًا عِنْدَ أُمِّي، ٤ وَكَانَ يُرِينِي وَيَقُولُ لِي: «لِيَضْبِطْ قَلْبُكَ كَلَامِي. ٱحْفَظْ وَصَايَايَ فَتَحْيَا. ٥ اِقْتَنِ ٱلْحِكْمَةَ. ٱقْتَنِ ٱلْفَهْمَ. لَا تَنْسَ وَلَا تُعْرِضْ عَنْ كَلِمَاتِ فَمِي. ٦ لَا تَتْرُكْهَا فَتَحْفَظَكَ. أَحْبِبْهَا فَتَصُونَكَ. ٧ ٱلْحِكْمَةُ هِيَ ٱلرَّأْسُ. فَٱقْتَنِ ٱلْحِكْمَةَ، وَبِكُلِّ مُقْتَنَاكَ ٱقْتَنِ ٱلْفَهْمَ. ٨ ٱرْفَعْهَا فَتُعَلِّيَكَ. تُمَجِّدُكَ إِذَا وَأَكَمَةٍ يَنْخَفِضُ، وَيَصِيرُ ٱلْمُعْوَجُّ مُسْتَقِيمًا، وَٱلْعَرَاقِيبُ سَهْلًا. ٥ فَيُعْلَنُ مَجْدُ ٱلرَّبِّ وَيَرَاهُ كُلُّ بَشَرٍ جَمِيعًا، لِأَنَّ فَمَ ٱلرَّبِّ تَكَلَّمَ». ٦ صَوْتُ قَائِلٍ: «نَادِ». فَقَالَ: «بِمَاذَا أُنَادِي؟» «كُلُّ جَسَدٍ عُشْبٌ، وَكُلُّ جَمَالِهِ كَزَهْرِ ٱلْحَقْلِ. ٧ يَبِسَ ٱلْعُشْبُ، ذَبُلَ ٱلزَّهْرُ، لِأَنَّ نَفْخَةَ ٱلرَّبِّ هَبَّتْ عَلَيْهِ. حَقًّا ٱلشَّعْبُ عُشْبٌ! ٨ يَبِسَ ٱلْعُشْبُ، ذَبُلَ ٱلزَّهْرُ. وَأَمَّا كَلِمَةُ إِلَهِنَا فَتَثْبُتُ إِلَى ٱلْأَبَدِ». مجدا للثالوث القدوس الهنا الي ابد الابدين كلها امين. من سفر أيوب بركته المقدسة تكون معنا. أمين. أي ٢٥: ١- ٦ ١ فَأَجَابَ بِلْدَدُ ٱلشُّوحِيُّ وَقَالَ: ٢ «ٱلسُّلْطَانُ وَٱلْهَيْبَةُ عِنْدَهُ. هُوَ صَانِعُ ٱلسَّلَامِ فِي أَعَالِيهِ. ٣ هَلْ مِنْ عَدَدٍ لِجُنُودِهِ؟ وَعَلَى مَنْ لَا يُشْرِقُ نُورُهُ؟ ٤ فَكَيْفَ يَتَبَرَّرُ ٱلْإِنْسَانُ عِنْدَ ٱللهِ؟ وَكَيْفَ يَزْكُو مَوْلُودُ ٱلْمَرْأَةِ؟ ٥ هُوَذَا نَفْسُ ٱلْقَمَرِ لَا يُضِيءُ، وَٱلْكَوَاكِبُ غَيْرُ نَقِيَّةٍ فِي عَيْنَيْهِ. ٦ فَكَمْ بِٱلْحَرِيِّ ٱلْإِنْسَانُ ٱلرِّمَّةُ، وَٱبْنُ آدَمَ ٱلدُّودُ؟». ١ فَأَجَابَ أَيُّوبُ وَقَالَ: ٢ «كَيْفَ أَعَنْتَ مَنْ لَا قُوَّةَ لَهُ، وَخَلَّصْتَ ذِرَاعًا لَا عِزَّ لَهَا؟ ٣ كَيْفَ أَشَرْتَ عَلَى مَنْ لَا حِكْمَةَ لَهُ، وَأَظْهَرْتَ ٱلْفَهْمَ بِكَثْرَةٍ؟ ٤ لِمَنْ أَعْلَنْتَ أَقْوَالًا، وَنَسَمَةُ مَنْ خَرَجَتْ مِنْكَ؟ ٥ «اَلْأَخْيِلَةُ تَرْتَعِدُ مِنْ تَحْتِ ٱلْمِيَاهِ وَسُكَّانِهَا. ٦ ٱلْهَاوِيَةُ عُرْيَانَةٌ قُدَّامَهُ، وَٱلْهَلَاكُ لَيْسَ لَهُ غِطَاءٌ. ٧ يَمُدُّ ٱلشَّمَالَ عَلَى ٱلْخَلَاءِ، وَيُعَلِّقُ ٱلْأَرْضَ عَلَى لَا شَيْءٍ. ٨ يَصُرُّ ٱلْمِيَاهَ فِي سُحُبِهِ فَلَا يَتَمَزَّقُ ٱلْغَيْمُ تَحْتَهَا. ٩ يَحْجُبُ وَجْهَ كُرْسِيِّهِ بَاسِطًا عَلَيْهِ سَحَابَهُ. ١٠ رَسَمَ حَدًّا عَلَى وَجْهِ ٱلْمِيَاهِ عِنْدَ ٱتِّصَالِ ٱلنُّورِ بِٱلظُّلْمَةِ. ١١ أَعْمِدَةُ ٱلسَّمَاوَاتِ تَرْتَعِدُ وَتَرْتَاعُ مِنْ زَجْرِهِ. ١٢ بِقُوَّتِهِ يُزْعِجُ ٱلْبَحْرَ، وَبِفَهْمِهِ يَسْحَقُ رَهَبَ. ١٣ بِنَفْخَتِهِ ٱلسَّمَاوَاتُ مُسْفِرَةٌ وَيَدَاهُ أَبْدَأَتَا ٱلْحَيَّةَ Mark 9:14-24
And when He came to the disciples, He saw a great multitude around them, and scribes disputing with them. Immediately, when they saw Him, all the people were greatly amazed, and running to Him, greeted Him. And He asked the scribes, "What are you discussing with them?" Then one of the crowd answered and said, "Teacher, I brought You my son, who has a mute spirit. And wherever it seizes him, it throws him down; he foams at the mouth, gnashes his teeth, and becomes rigid. So I spoke to Your disciples, that they should cast it out, but they could not." He answered him and said, "O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I bear with you? Bring him to Me." Then they brought him to Him. And when he saw Him, immediately the spirit convulsed him, and he fell on the ground and wallowed, foaming at the mouth. So He asked his father, "How long has this been happening to him?" And he said, "From childhood. And often he has thrown him both into the fire and into the water to destroy him. But if You can do anything, have compassion on us and help us." Jesus said to him, "If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes." Immediately the father of the child cried out and said with tears, "Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!"

مبارك التي باسم الرب اله القوات ربنا والهنا ومخلصنا وملكنا كلنا يسوع المسيح، ابن الله الحي، الذي له المجد الدائم الي الأبد امين. مر ٩: ١٤- ٢٤ ١٤ وَلَمَّا جَاءَ إِلَى ٱلتَّلَامِيذِ رَأَى جَمْعًا كَثِيرًا حَوْلَهُمْ وَكَتَبَةً يُحَاوِرُونَهُمْ. ١٥ وَلِلْوَقْتِ كُلُّ ٱلْجَمْعِ لَمَّا رَأَوْهُ تَحَيَّرُوا، وَرَكَضُوا وَسَلَّمُوا عَلَيْهِ. ١٦ فَسَأَلَ ٱلْكَتَبَةَ: «بِمَاذَا تُحَاوِرُونَهُمْ؟» ١٧ فَأَجَابَ وَاحِدٌ مِنَ ٱلْجَمْعِ وَقَالَ: «يَا مُعَلِّمُ، قَدْ قَدَّمْتُ إِلَيْكَ ٱبْنِي بِهِ رُوحٌ أَخْرَسُ، ١٨ وَحَيْثُمَا أَدْرَكَهُ يُمَزِّقْهُ فَيُزْبِدُ وَيَصِرُّ بِأَسْنَانِهِ وَيَيْبَسُ. فَقُلْتُ لِتَلَامِيذِكَ أَنْ يُخْرِجُوهُ فَلَمْ يَقْدِرُوا». ١٩ فَأَجَابَ وَقَالَ لَهُمْ: «أَيُّهَا ٱلْجِيلُ غَيْرُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِ، إِلَى مَتَى أَكُونُ مَعَكُمْ؟ إِلَى مَتَى أَحْتَمِلُكُمْ؟ قَدِّمُوهُ إِلَيَّ!». ٢٠ فَقَدَّمُوهُ إِلَيْهِ. فَلَمَّا رَآهُ لِلْوَقْتِ صَرَعَهُ ٱلرُّوحُ، فَوَقَعَ عَلَى ٱلْأَرْضِ يَتَمَرَّغُ وَيُزْبِدُ. ٢١ فَسَأَلَ أَبَاهُ: «كَمْ مِنَ ٱلزَّمَانِ مُنْذُ أَصَابَهُ هَذَا؟». فَقَالَ: «مُنْذُ صِبَاهُ. ٢٢ وَكَثِيرًا مَا أَلْقَاهُ فِي ٱلنَّارِ وَفِي ٱلْمَاءِ لِيُهْلِكَهُ. لَكِنْ إِنْ كُنْتَ تَسْتَطِيعُ شَيْئًا فَتَحَنَّنْ عَلَيْنَا وَأَعِنَّا». ٢٣ فَقَالَ لَهُ يَسُوعُ: «إِنْ كُنْتَ تَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ تُؤْمِنَ. كُلُّ شَيْءٍ مُسْتَطَاعٌ لِلْمُؤْمِنِ». ٢٤ فَلِلْوَقْتِ صَرَخَ أَبُو ٱلْوَلَدِ بِدُمُوعٍ وَقَالَ: «أُومِنُ يَا سَيِّدُ، فَأَعِنْ عَدَمَ إِيمَانِي».

1 John 3:2-11
Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is. And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure. Whoever commits sin also commits lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness. And you know that He was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin. Whoever abides in Him does not sin. Whoever sins has neither seen Him nor known Him. Little children, let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous. He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil. Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God. In this the children of God and the children of the devil are manifest: Whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is he who does not love his brother. For this is the message that you heard from the beginning, that we should love one another,

Do not love the world or the things in the world. The world passes away, and its desires; but he who does the will of God abides forever. Amen.

الكاثوليكون
 

٢ لِأَنَّنَا فِي أَشْيَاءَ كَثِيرَةٍ نَعْثُرُ جَمِيعُنَا. إِنْ كَانَ أَحَدٌ لَا يَعْثُرُ فِي ٱلْكَلَامِ فَذَاكَ رَجُلٌ كَامِلٌ، قَادِرٌ أَنْ يُلْجِمَ كُلَّ ٱلْجَسَدِ أَيْضًا. ٣ هُوَذَا ٱلْخَيْلُ، نَضَعُ ٱللُّجُمَ فِي أَفْوَاهِهَا لِكَيْ تُطَاوِعَنَا، فَنُدِيرَ جِسْمَهَا كُلَّهُ. ٤ هُوَذَا ٱلسُّفُنُ أَيْضًا، وَهِيَ عَظِيمَةٌ بِهَذَا ٱلْمِقْدَارِ، وَتَسُوقُهَا رِيَاحٌ عَاصِفَةٌ، تُدِيرُهَا دَفَّةٌ صَغِيرَةٌ جِدًّا إِلَى حَيْثُمَا شَاءَ قَصْدُ ٱلْمُدِيرِ. ٥ هَكَذَا ٱللِّسَانُ أَيْضًا، هُوَ عُضْوٌ صَغِيرٌ وَيَفْتَخِرُ مُتَعَظِّمًا. هُوَذَا نَارٌ قَلِيلَةٌ، أَيَّ وُقُودٍ تُحْرِقُ! ٦ فَٱللِّسَانُ نَارٌ! عَالَمُ ٱلْإِثْمِ. هَكَذَا جُعِلَ فِي أَعْضَائِنَا ٱللِّسَانُ، ٱلَّذِي يُدَنِّسُ ٱلْجِسْمَ كُلَّهُ، وَيُضْرِمُ دَائِرَةَ ٱلْكَوْنِ، وَيُضْرَمُ مِنْ جَهَنَّمَ. ٧ لِأَنَّ كُلَّ طَبْعٍ لِلْوُحُوشِ وَٱلطُّيُورِ وَٱلزَّحَّافَاتِ وَٱلْبَحْرِيَّاتِ يُذَلَّلُ، وَقَدْ تَذَلَّلَ لِلطَّبْعِ ٱلْبَشَرِيِّ. ٨ وَأَمَّا ٱللِّسَانُ، فَلَا يَسْتَطِيعُ أَحَدٌ مِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ أَنْ يُذَلِّلَهُ. هُوَ شَرٌّ لَا يُضْبَطُ، مَمْلُوٌّ سُمًّا مُمِيتًا. ٩ بِهِ نُبَارِكُ ٱللهَ ٱلْآبَ، وَبِهِ نَلْعَنُ ٱلنَّاسَ ٱلَّذِينَ قَدْ تَكَوَّنُوا عَلَى شِبْهِ ٱللهِ. ١٠ مِنَ ٱلْفَمِ ٱلْوَاحِدِ تَخْرُجُ بَرَكَةٌ وَلَعْنَةٌ! لَا يَصْلُحُ يَا إِخْوَتِي أَنْ تَكُونَ هَذِهِ ٱلْأُمُورُ هَكَذَا! ١١ أَلَعَلَّ يَنْبُوعًا يُنْبِعُ مِنْ نَفْسِ عَيْنٍ وَاحِدَةٍ ٱلْعَذْبَ وَٱلْمُرَّ؟

لا تحبوا العالم ولا الأشياء التي في العالم. العالم يمضي وشهوته. والذي يصنع ارادة الله يدوم الي الأبد. امين.

Acts of the Apostles 24:10-23
Then Paul, after the governor had nodded to him to speak, answered: "Inasmuch as I know that you have been for many years a judge of this nation, I do the more cheerfully answer for myself, because you may ascertain that it is no more than twelve days since I went up to Jerusalem to worship. And they neither found me in the temple disputing with anyone nor inciting the crowd, either in the synagogues or in the city. Nor can they prove the things of which they now accuse me. But this I confess to you, that according to the Way which they call a sect, so I worship the God of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the Law and in the Prophets. I have hope in God, which they themselves also accept, that there will be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and the unjust. This being so, I myself always strive to have a conscience without offense toward God and men. "Now after many years I came to bring alms and offerings to my nation, in the midst of which some Jews from Asia found me purified in the temple, neither with a mob nor with tumult. They ought to have been here before you to object if they had anything against me. Or else let those who are here themselves say if they found any wrongdoing in me while I stood before the council, unless it is for this one statement which I cried out, standing among them, Concerning the resurrection of the dead I am being judged by you this day." But when Felix heard these things, having more accurate knowledge of the Way, he adjourned the proceedings and said, "When Lysias the commander comes down, I will make a decision on your case." So he commanded the centurion to keep Paul and to let him have liberty, and told him not to forbid any of his friends to provide for or visit him.

The word of the Lord shall grow, multiply, be mighty, and be confirmed, in the holy Church of God. Amen.

١٠ فَأَجَابَ بُولُسُ، إِذْ أَوْمَأَ إِلَيْهِ ٱلْوَالِي أَنْ يَتَكَلَّمَ: «إِنِّي إِذْ قَدْ عَلِمْتُ أَنَّكَ مُنْذُ سِنِينَ كَثِيرَةٍ قَاضٍ لِهَذِهِ ٱلْأُمَّةِ، أَحْتَجُّ عَمَّا فِي أَمْرِي بِأَكْثَرِ سُرُورٍ. ١١ وَأَنْتَ قَادِرٌ أَنْ تَعْرِفَ أَنَّهُ لَيْسَ لِي أَكْثَرُ مِنِ ٱثْنَيْ عَشَرَ يَوْمًا مُنْذُ صَعِدْتُ لِأَسْجُدَ فِي أُورُشَلِيمَ. ١٢ وَلَمْ يَجِدُونِي فِي ٱلْهَيْكَلِ أُحَاجُّ أَحَدًا أَوْ أَصْنَعُ تَجَمُّعًا مِنَ ٱلشَّعْبِ، وَلَا فِي ٱلْمَجَامِعِ وَلَا فِي ٱلْمَدِينَةِ. ١٣ وَلَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ أَنْ يُثْبِتُوا مَا يَشْتَكُونَ بِهِ ٱلْآنَ عَلَيَّ. ١٤ وَلَكِنَّنِي أُقِرُّ لَكَ بِهَذَا: أَنَّنِي حَسَبَ ٱلطَّرِيقِ ٱلَّذِي يَقُولُونَ لَهُ «شِيعَةٌ»، هَكَذَا أَعْبُدُ إِلَهَ آبَائِي، مُؤْمِنًا بِكُلِّ مَا هُوَ مَكْتُوبٌ فِي ٱلنَّامُوسِ وَٱلْأَنْبِيَاءِ. ١٥ وَلِي رَجَاءٌ بِٱللهِ فِي مَا هُمْ أَيْضًا يَنْتَظِرُونَهُ: أَنَّهُ سَوْفَ تَكُونُ قِيَامَةٌ لِلْأَمْوَاتِ، ٱلْأَبْرَارِ وَٱلْأَثَمَةِ. ١٦ لِذَلِكَ أَنَا أَيْضًا أُدَرِّبُ نَفْسِي لِيَكُونَ لِي دَائِمًا ضَمِيرٌ بِلَا عَثْرَةٍ مِنْ نَحْوِ ٱللهِ وَٱلنَّاسِ. ١٧ وَبَعْدَ سِنِينَ كَثِيرَةٍ جِئْتُ أَصْنَعُ صَدَقَاتٍ لِأُمَّتِي وَقَرَابِينَ. ١٨ وَفِي ذَلِكَ وَجَدَنِي مُتَطَهِّرًا فِي ٱلْهَيْكَلِ، لَيْسَ مَعَ جَمْعٍ وَلَا مَعَ شَغَبٍ، قَوْمٌ هُمْ يَهُودٌ مِنْ أَسِيَّا، ١٩ كَانَ يَنْبَغِي أَنْ يَحْضُرُوا لَدَيْكَ وَيَشْتَكُوا، إِنْ كَانَ لَهُمْ عَلَيَّ شَيْءٌ. ٢٠ أَوْ لِيَقُلْ هَؤُلَاءِ أَنْفُسُهُمْ مَاذَا وَجَدُوا فِيَّ مِنَ ٱلذَّنْبِ وَأَنَا قَائِمٌ أَمَامَ ٱلْمَجْمَعِ، ٢١ إِلَّا مِنْ جِهَةِ هَذَا ٱلْقَوْلِ ٱلْوَاحِدِ ٱلَّذِي صَرَخْتُ بِهِ وَاقِفًا بَيْنَهُمْ: أَنِّي مِنْ أَجْلِ قِيَامَةِ ٱلْأَمْوَاتِ أُحَاكَمُ مِنْكُمُ ٱلْيَوْمَ». ٢٢ فَلَمَّا سَمِعَ هَذَا فِيلِكْسُ أَمْهَلَهُمْ، إِذْ كَانَ يَعْلَمُ بِأَكْثَرِ تَحْقِيقٍ أُمُورَ هَذَا ٱلطَّرِيقِ، قَائِلًا: «مَتَى ٱنْحَدَرَ لِيسِيَاسُ ٱلْأَمِيرُ أَفْحَصُ عَنْ أُمُورِكُمْ». ٢٣ وَأَمَرَ قَائِدَ ٱلْمِئَةِ أَنْ يُحْرَسَ بُولُسُ، وَتَكُونَ لَهُ رُخْصَةٌ، وَأَنْ لَا يَمْنَعَ أَحَدًا مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ أَنْ يَخْدِمَهُ أَوْ يَأْتِيَ إِلَيْهِ.

Departure of Emperor Constantine the Great
On this day of the year 53 A.M. (337 A.D.) the righteous Emperor Constantine the great departed. His father's name was Constantius I Chlorus, which means (Green), and his mother's name was Helena. Constantius reigned over Byzantium, Maximianus reigned over Rome, and Diocletian reigned over Antioch and Egypt. Constantius was pagan, but he was honorable, loved to do good, compassionate and merciful. He went to the city of El-Ruha (Urfa - Gr. Edessa) and there he saw Helena, liked her and he married her. She was a Christian, and she conceived Constantine. Constantius left her in El-Ruha and returned to Byzantium. She brought forth Constantine and raised him up very piously, taught him every kind of learning, sowed in his heart mercy and compassion for the Christians, but she did not dare to have him baptized. Constantine grew up, and he was a bold and skilful horseman. He went to his father who rejoiced in him when he saw that he was full of wisdom, knowledge, and he was a skilful horseman. After his father's death he received the kingdom and he reigned with justice and integrity, and stopped all unfair practices. All the people were subject to him and they loved him and his righteous judgement spread throughout the Empire. The nobles of Rome sent asking him to come and save them from the injustice of Maximianus. Constantine marched with his army toward Rome to save them.
During the war he saw in the heaven, in the middle of the day, a Cross made of stars, and on it was written in Greek words which being interpreted as 'With this you shall conquer.' The light of the Cross was more shinning than the sun, and he showed it to his ministers and the nobles of his kingdom. They read what was written, marveled and they did not know for what reason that cross had appeared. That night the angel of the Lord appeared to him in a vision and told him: 'Make a sign for yourself like that sign which you had seen, and with it you shall conquer your enemies.' The next morning, he prepared a large flag with the sign of the cross on it, and made the sign of the cross on all the armaments. He engaged with Maximianus in a battle and fought. Constantine overcame Maximianus who withdrew with his army, and while crossing the bridge over the Tiber River, the bridge broke and he and most of his men perished. Constantine entered Rome and its people welcomed him with joy and gladness, and its learned men praised the Honorable Cross and called it the Savior of their city. Then they celebrated for the Cross seven days and Constantine became the Emperor of the East and the West. When Constantine established himself in Rome, he and most of his soldiers were baptized by the Pope of Rome, in the eleventh year of his reign, which is the fourth year after the appearance of the Honorable Cross. He sent throughout the kingdom and commanded to set free all those who were imprisoned for the sake of faith, and that they should not work during the Passion week as the Apostles commanded.
Then he sent his mother Helena to Jerusalem where she discovered the Holy Cross of Our Lord Christ. In the seventeenth year of his reign the Holy Council of the Three Hundred and Eighteen bishops assembled at Nicea in the year 325 A.D. which arranged the affairs of the Christians and put down the cannons of the church. He rebuilt the city of Byzantium and called it after his name 'Constantinia' and he brought to it many of the bodies of the apostles and holy martyrs. He departed in the city of Nicomedia, they laid him in a gold sarcophagus, carried him and brought him to Constantinia. The Patriarch, bishops, priests, and all the people received him with prayers, psalms, and spiritual hymns, and laid him in the sanctuary of the holy apostles. All the days of his life were seventy-five years.
To Our God is the glory, might, and dominion and may His mercy and grace be upon us forever. Amen.

Commemoration of Saint Sarapamon the Bishop of El-Monofia
On this day also is the commemoration of Anba Sarapamon, known as 'The Veiled' Bishop of El-Monofia. This blessed and great Saint was contemporary of Pope Petros El-Gawly and one of his famous bishops. God had granted him the gift to heal the sick, and to cast out evil spirits. He was called Salib. When he was a young man, some evil women seized him and accused him of murdering a young man they had killed in the market. In the court, he lifted up his heart to God and with tears he asked the help of St. Mary and other saints. He looked to the slain person and asked him to confess before the judge who killed him. The slain person rose up and told the judge about the murderesses. The judge was astonished and set Salib free. Salib left the court and went immediately to St. Antonios monastery to become a monk, and later on, the Pope chose him a Bishop for El-Monofia. When Mohammed Ali Basha asked the Pope's help concerning his daughter Zahra Hanem who was possessed by evil spirit, he sent Anba Sarapamon who healed her by praying over her. Mohammed Ali offered him money, but he refused saying that God's gifts are free. When the Governor insisted he asked for supplies and clothes for the monks in the monasteries, and to reinstate the Copts to their jobs in the government.

اليوم الثامن والعشرون من شهر برمهات المبارك، أحسن الله انقضاؤه، وأعاده علينا وعليكم ونحن وأنتم في هدوء وأطمئنان، مغفوري الخطايا والاثام والزلات، من قبل مراحم الرب ياأبائي وأخوتي. امين.
 

في مثل هذا اليوم من سنة 53 ش (337 م) تنيح الإمبراطور البار القديس قسطنطين الكبير . وكان اسم أبيه قونسطا قسطنديوس خلورس (الأخضر) وأمه هيلانه وكان أبوه ملكا علي بيزنطية ومكسيميانوس علي رومه ودقلديانوس علي إنطاكية ومصر وكان والد قونسطا وثنيا إلا أنه كان صالحا محبا للخير رحوما شفوقا . واتفق أنه مضي إلى الرها وهناك رأي هيلانة وأعجبته فتزوجها وكانت مسيحية فحملت منه بقسطنطين هذا . ثم تركها في الرها وعاد إلى بيزنطية فولدت قسطنطين وربته تربية حسنة وأدبته بكل أدب وكانت تبث في قلبه الرحمة والشفقة علي المسيحيين ولم تجسر أن تعمده ولا تعلمه أنها مسيحية فكبر وأصبح فارسا وذهب إلى أبيه ففرح به لما رأي فيه من الحكمة والمعرفة والفروسية وبعد وفاة أبيه تسلم المملكة ونشر العدل والأنصاف . ومنع المظالم فخضع الكل له وأحبوه وعم عدله سائر البلاد . فأرسل إليه أكابر رومه طالبين أن ينقذهم من ظلم مكسيميانوس . فزحف بجنده إلى إنقاذهم وفي أثناء الحرب رأي في السماء في نصف النهار صليبا مكونا من كواكب مكتوبا عليه باليونانية الكلمات التي تفسيرها " بهذا تغلب " . وكان ضياؤه يشع أكثر من نور الشمس فأراه لوزرائه وكبراء مملكته فقرأوا ما هو مكتوب . ولم يدركوا السبب الموجب لظهوره . وفي تلك الليلة ظهر له ملاك الرب في رؤيا وقال له : اعمل مثال العلامة التي رأيتها وبها تغلب أعداءك ففي الصباح جهز علما كبيرا ورسم عليه علامة الصليب كما رسمها أيضا علي جميع الأسلحة واشتبك مع مكسيميانوس في حرب دارت رحاها علي الأخير الذي ارتد هاربا وعند عبوره جسر نهر التيبر سقط به فهلك هو وأغلب جنوده . ودخل قسطنطين روما فاستقبله أهلها بالفرح والتهليل وكان شعراؤها يمدحون الصليب وينعتونه بمخلص مدينتهم . ثم عيدوا للصليب سبعة أيام واصبح قسطنطين ملكا علي الشرق والغرب .

ولما استقر به المقام بروما تعمد وأغلب عسكره من سلبسطرس البابا في السنة الحادية عشرة من ملكه والرابعة من ظهور الصليب المجيد . ثم أصدر أمرا إلى سائر أنحاء المملكة بإطلاق المعتقلين وأمر ألا يشتغل أحد في أسبوع الآلام كأوامر الرسل وأرسل هيلانة إلى بيت المقدس فاكتشفت الصليب المقدس . وفي السنة السابعة عشرة من ملكه اجتمع المجمع المقدس الثلاثمائة وثمانية عشر بنيقيا في سنة 325 م . ورتب أمور المسيحيين علي أحسن نظام وأجوده ثم جدد بناء بيزنطية ودعاه باسمه القسطنطينية وجلب إليها أجساد كثيرون من الرسل والقديسين وتنيح بنيقوميدية . فوضعوه في تابوت من ذهب وحملوه إلى القسطنطينية . فاستقبله البطريرك والكهنة بالصلوات والقراءات والتراتيل الروحية ووضعوه في هيكل الرسل القديسين . وكانت مدة حياته خمسا وسبعين سنة ولربنا المجد والقوة والعظمة وعلينا رحمته ونعمته إلى الأبد . آمين

نياحة القديس صرابامون أبو طرحة

كان الطوباوي العظيم والقديس الكبير أنبا صرابامون مطران المنوفية الشهير بأبي طرحه من أشهر الأساقفة التي قام برسامتهم البابا بطرس السابع البطريرك ال 109 ، وقد منحه الله موهبة شفاء المرضى وأخراج الأرواح النجسة . وقد أخرج روحا نجسة من الأميرة زهرى هانم كريمة محمد على باشا الكبير والى مصر ، ولم يرغب في شئ مما قدمه إليه الأمير العظيم ، واكتفى بطلب بعض المؤونة والكسوة لرهبان الأديرة وإرجاع الموظفين إلى الدواوين كما كانوا في سالف الزمان فأعجب به الوالي وأجاب طلبه ، في أثناء وجوده في الأسقفية عمل عجائب كثيرة منها إخراج الشياطين ، وشفاء المرضى بكل بلدة يحل فيها ، مسلمين ونصارى، وقد شاهده كثيرا القمص سيداروس روفائيل عم القمص سيداروس اسحق مؤسس كنيسة المطرانية بشبين الكوم فقال : " كان يؤتي إليه بالمصابين بالأرواح النجسة ، ويضعونهم أمامه وخلفه ، فكان يأخذ بيده قلة ماء ، ويتلو على كل واحد منهم مزمور "خاصم يارب مخاصمي " . فلا يفرغ من قراءة ربعه ، أو نصفه حتى يصرخ الروح النجس بحالة إزعاج شديد " في "عرضك في عرضك "، فيقول بلغته الصعيدية "همله يا أبوي " . ثم يصب جانبا من ماء القلة ، ويرش به المصاب في وجهه ثلاث مرات ، وفى كل مرة يقول إيسوس بي إخرستوس ( يسوع المسيح ) . ففي الحال يخرج الروح النجس . وذات مرة كان بالبتانون في أيام القمص منصور فرج ، وعند زيارة البلدة سأل القمص منصور فرج ،- وكان الأسقف لا يميل إلى خلفة البنات - " عندكش وليدات اليوم يا أبوي منصور " ؟ فأجابه " عندي بنت " فقال : بنت كبه " . وقبل أن يفارق الأسقف البلدة ماتت البنت . وتكرر هذا في زيارة ثانية . ثم أعطاه الله بنتا ثالثة . وعند ذهابه إلى مصر ذهب القمص منصور لزيارته – وكان يصلى في كنيسة حارة زويلة – فسأله الأسقف " عندكش وليدات فأجابه القمص بحزن وصعوبة " ما باقولش يا اخوي " قال الأسقف " ليه يا أبوي " أجابه " أقول تقولي كبه وآنا في احتياج لظفر بنت . الله يجيب وآنت تودي . قال له الأسقف " ما عدتش أقول يا أبوي " وأوقفه أمام الهيكل وقال " يا يسوع الناصري ولدين لأبوي منصور . وأجاب الله طلبه الأسقف وخلف أربعة أولاد هم القمص منصور خليفته وفرج رئيس حسابات المديرية وتوما الذي توظف بالمديرية ومرقس . كما يذكر تاريخه عجائب وتصرفات حكيمة وقد كتبت هذه فقط علي سبيل المثال ( انظر كتاب نوابغ الأقباط في القرن التاسع عشر. توفيق اسكاروس ج 1 ) .

وقد أجرى الله عجائب كثيرة على. يدي البابا بطرس السابع ، اشهرها حادثة وفاء النيل فقد حدث أن النيل لم يف بمقداره المعتاد لآرواء البلاد في إحدى السنين ، فخاف الناس من وطأة الغلاء وشده الجوع إذا أجدبت الأرض ، واستعانوا بالباشا طالبين منه أن يأمر برفع الأدعية والصلوات إلى الله تعالي لكي يبارك مياه النيل ويزيدها فيضانا حتى تروي الأراضي فتأتي بالثمار الطيبة ولا تقع المجاعة علي الناس فاستدعي البابا بطرس السابع رجال الاكليروس وجماعة الأساقفة وخرج بهم إلى شاطئ النهر واحتفل بتقديم سر الشكر وبعد إتمام الصلاة غسل أواني الخدمة المقدسة من ماء النهر وطرح الماء مع قربانة البركة في النهر فعجت أمواجه واضطرب ماؤه وفاض فأسرع تلاميذ البابا إلى رفع أدوات الاحتفال خشية الغرق فعظمت منزلة البطريرك لدي الباشا وقربه إليه وكرم رجال أمته وزادهم حظوة ونعمة .

ومن هذه العجائب المدهشة أيضا حادثة النور في القدس الشريف فقد حدث أن الأمير إبراهيم باشا نجل محمد علي باشا بعد أن فتح بيت المقدس والشام سنة 1832 م أنه دعا البابا بطرس السابع لزيارة القدس الشريف ومباشرة خدمة ظهور النور في يوم سبت الفرح من قبر السيد المسيح بأورشليم كما يفعل بطاركة الروم في كل سنة ، فلبي البابا الدعوة ولما وصل فلسطين قوبل بكل حفاوة وإكرام ودخل مدينة القدس بموكب كبير واحتفال فخم اشترك فيه الوالي والحكام ورؤساء الطوائف المسيحية.

ولما رأي بحكمته أن انفراده بالخدمة علي القبر المقدس يترتب عليه عداوة بين القبط والروم اعتذر للباشا لإعفائه من هذه الخدمة فطلب إليه أن يشترك مع بطريرك الروم – علي أن يكون هو ثالثهم لأنه كان يرتاب في حقيقة النور . وفي يوم سبت النور غصت كنيسة القيامة بالجماهير حتى ضاقت بالمصلين فأمر الباشا بإخراج الشعب خارجا بالفناء الكبير . ولما حان وقت الصلاة دخل البطريركان مع الباشا إلى القبر المقدس وبدأت الصلاة المعتادة . وفي الوقت المعين انبثق النور من القبر بحالة ارتعب منها الباشا وصار في حالة ذهول فأسعفه البابا بطرس حتى أفاق . أما الشعب الذي في الخارج فكانوا أسعد حظا ممن كانوا بداخل الكنيسة فان أحد أعمدة باب القيامة الغربي انشق وظهر لهم منه النور ، وقد زادت هذه الحادثة مركز البابا بطرس هيبة واحتراما لدي الباشا وقام قداسته بإصلاحات كبيرة في كنيسة القيامة.

وفي أيام هذا البابا أراد محمد علي باشا ضم الكنيسة القبطية إلى كنيسة روما بناء علي سعي أحد قادته البابويين وذلك مقابل خدمات القادة والعلماء الفرنسيين الذين عاونوا محمد علي باشا في تنظيم المملكة المصرية . فاستدعي الباشا المعلم غالي وابنه وابنه باسيليوس وعرض عليهما الموضوع فأجابا الباشا بأنه سيترتب علي هذا الضم ثورات وقلاقل بين أفراد الآمة القبطية وحقنا للدماء وتشجيعا لأمر الضم . سيعتنق هو وأولاده المذهب البابوي بشرط أن لا يكرهوا علي تغيير طقوسهم وعوائدهم الشرقية فقبل الباشا منهما هذا الحل وأعلنا بناء علي ذلك اعتناقهما المذهب البابوي . ولم ينضم إليهما سوي بعض الاتباع واستمروا جميعا مع ذلك يمارسون العبادة في الكنائس القبطية

وفي أيامه نبغ بين رهبان القديس أنطونيوس الراهب داود وتولي رئاسة الدير فظهرت ثمرات أعماله في تنظيم الدير وترقية حال رهبانه فاختار البابا بطرس - لفرط ذكائه وحسن تدبيره -في مهمة كنيسة في بلاد أثيوبيا فأحسن القيام بها وكانت عودته لمصر بعد نياحة البابا بطرس .

ومما يخلد ذكر البابا بطرس أن إمبراطور روسيا أوفد إليه أحد أفراد عائلته ليعرض عليه وضع الكنيسة تحت حماية القيصر فرفض العرض بلباقة قائلا : أنه يفضل أن يكون حامي الكنيسة هو راعيها الحقيقي . الملك الذي لا يموت فأعجب الأمير بقوة إيمان البابا وقدم له كل إكرام وخضوع وتزود من بركته وأنصرف من حضرته مقرا بأنه حقيقة الخليفة الصالح للملك الأبدي المسيح الفادي

ولما أتم هذا البابا رسالته واكمل سعيه تنيح بسلام وصلوا عليه باحتفال عظيم في يوم اثنين البصخة أشترك فيه رؤساء الطوائف المسيحية بالكنيسة المرقسية بالأزبكية ودفن بها بجانب البابا مرقس سلفه ومعهما الأنبا صرابامون أسقف المنوفية في الجهة الشرقية القبلية من الكاتدرائية الكبرى بالأزبكية

وأقام علي الكرسي البطريركي 42 سنة و 3 شهور و 12 يوما وخلي الكرسي بعده سنة واحدة و 12 يوما . 

بركة صلواته فلتكن معنا. ولربنا المجد دائما أبديا. امين.

John 8:12-20
Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, "I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life." The Pharisees therefore said to Him, "You bear witness of Yourself; Your witness is not true." Jesus answered and said to them, "Even if I bear witness of Myself, My witness is true, for I know where I came from and where I am going; but you do not know where I come from and where I am going. You judge according to the flesh; I judge no one. And yet if I do judge, My judgment is true; for I am not alone, but I am with the Father who sent Me. It is also written in your law that the testimony of two men is true. I am One who bears witness of Myself, and the Father who sent Me bears witness of Me." Then they said to Him, "Where is Your Father?"Jesus answered, "You know neither Me nor My Father. If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also." These words Jesus spoke in the treasury, as He taught in the temple; and no one laid hands on Him, for His hour had not yet come.
