Henning Sehmsdorf and his wife Elizabeth Simpson have recently published a new book titled: “Eating Locally and Seasonally”. They live at S&S Homestead on Lopez Island, growing their own food sustainably for over 50 years and mentoring future generations.. He will discuss the impacts of climate change on our food systems, and how we can eat locally, seasonally, and most importantly, sustainably — and why.
