Eleven planning applications to be considered
 
Eleven planning applications will be considered by Buckhurst Hill Parish Council's planning and environment committee at the next meeting, on Thursday, April 1, at 7pm.

The meeting will be held virtually via Zoom.

The planning applications to be discussed are:

* 36 Gladstone Road - part single/part two-storey rear extension and cladding change to front elevation

* 178 Forest Edge - increase in existing loft conversion incorporating additional floor area created by larger dormer window, and hip to gable end roof alterations

* 1 River Road - first-floor side and rear extension, garage conversion along with a loft extension and conversion with Juliet balcony to rear

* 11 Westbury Lane - application for a Lawful Development certificate for a single-storey rear extension

* 36 Gladstone Road - application for a Lawful Development certificate for a loft conversion with rear dormer

* 15 Little Plucketts Way - single-storey rear extension and two-storey side extension

* 4 Heron Close - first-floor side extension over existing garage, single-storey rear extension and internal alteration

* 11 Loughton Way - two-storey side extension, front dormer and porch

* 82 Chestnut Avenue - application for a Lawful Development certificate for a loft conversion

* 11 Loughton Way - application for a Lawful Development certificate for a front drive, dropping kerb for two car parking

* 14 Russell Road - application to determine if Prior Approval is required for a proposed Larger Home Extension measuring 4.15m height to eaves of 3m and a maximum height of 4m (revised application to EPF/2271/20).
