As communicated during our December 2020 and March 2021 Board of Director meetings, we are planning a regular season opening. Let’s put last year in the past and lock it up, this season we are open for business! We have many exciting 50th Anniversary celebrations and events coming, keep an eye on our 50th Page for more information! There are many new faces in the Sandy Pines offices this season! We are happy to welcome all these new employees who share our same goal. Please feel free to stop by the offices with any questions, comments, concerns, or if you simply want to introduce yourself!
Sue Flowers, Member Service Manager, has been offered and accepted a job offer. Sue came to us in April of 2017, and immediately saw what needed to be done…and did it. It is with mixed emotions that we say goodbye to Sue as our Member Service Manager. We wish her nothing but the best in her new endeavor, but we are very sorry to lose her presence on our Administrative Team. Be blessed, Sue, and may happiness and all things good be with you as you begin your new adventure. You will be missed.
This year the Sandy Pines Flea Market will have approximately 58 vendor booths available for your shopping delight with everything from tasty treats to fine arts and crafts. 10 x 20 foot spaces are only $35 each and can be reserved through your Member Web Access portal or at the Member Service Office. Calling all for F.S.B.O.!!! We have a problem. Too many buyers, not enough sites. If you think your site would be a good fit, please reach out to us in the sales department. Kent is selling them faster than we can list them. We had a site in phase 6 listed for two hours before it sold. Remember we have lowered the commission from 7.5 to 6%. Most of that goes back in to maintaining our lovely park. Check out our featured site above!
Jeff Hopkins, Park Inspector, is back to regular hours! Jeff can be found in the Park Inspector office Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm (or by appointment). We have done lots this winter to make things look better, many new things remodeled, built, painted, and the tree canopy trimmed over the roads. The new contractor list will be posted the first week of April, with many new contractors. We look forward to working with everyone on their projects this season and looking forward to a great season.
