The Good Spot's home is in the SoFA District, known as the intersection of San Jose's many identities. Good Spot aims to be a neighborhood living room where locals and visitors can gather and embrace each other.

San Jose Love Stories - Thank You, 86C19 Masks for Meals
San Jose Love Stories highlight acts of kindness by our community for our community.

86C19 is the world's first Masks for Meals movement with branded masks that give back. Long-time Downtown San Jose urbanite Carl Foisy started the 86C19 movement, where 100% of the profit goes toward their Meal Relief Program which benefits locally owned restaurants and provides meals to those who have been negatively impacted by COVID-19.

Join the movement to turn the need for masks into a method for meal relief and supporting local businesses. So far, this new movement has provided 130+ meals to those in need, received 416+ mask orders, earned $2,057+ to give back to the community, gained 158+ subscribers and helped 39+ restaurants. If you would like to help write this love story, visit the Mask for Meals website to learn more.
