We invite you to participate in the Rural Health Specialty Training Pilot. This training is intended for those who work in rural health settings and those who have an interest in working in rural health settings. The iteration of the CHW Rural Health Specialty Training Pilot will be facilitated at no monetary cost. Your daily attendance and feedback will serve as "payment" in this first ever iteration of CCHA's Rural Health specialty training. The feedback process will include a brief questionnaire (no more than 5 minutes) at the end of each class session and participating in semi-structured interviewing for a maximum of one hour. Interviews will include questions about your learning experience and will be conducted by a member of the CCHA team.
We value the input of our community stakeholders and want to use your feedback to improve training experiences for future participants. Further, those who participate in this training pilot (including their formal sharing of feedback) will be formally recognized as contributors in the development of this training program.
