Join Dana DuTerroil and Joni Fincham, the authors of 111 Places in Houston That You Must Not Miss, as they lead a special Pier & Beam members-only tour of special places around historic Market Square on Friday evening, April 30. Dana and Joni will share some of their favorite hidden spots in one of Houston’s oldest neighborhoods, from the spectacular 1910 Harris County Courthouse to the site of a burial vault on the banks of Buffalo Bayou. You’ll love hearing the stories they uncovered as they researched the well-known — and well-hidden — places that make Houston special.

Space is limited on this tour, so we’re offering reservations to P&B members on a first-come, first-served basis. A $10 ticket guarantees space on the tour as well as a signed copy of 111 Places. Click here to reserve your tickets now!

Where and when
The tour will begin at 5:30 p.m. Friday, April 30, and will last approximately 90 minutes. We’ll finish with an optional outdoor drink on a patio near Market Square. Information about where to park and meet will be e-mailed closer to the tour date.

For your safety
Tour participants must be masked during the tour (the guides will wear masks, too). A limited tour group will allow everyone to remain comfortably distanced.
