Music lifts our spirits and expresses our emotions, whether making a joyful noise on the playground xylophone, using rhythmic instruments during weekly music class or singing aloud with classmates. Teachers also incorporate music into all aspects of learning, which helps students remember important concepts, such as alphabet sounds, days of the week, and months of the year.
