City Church Family and Friends,
The celebration of our risen Savior has (for me) served as a bit of a pivot on the calendar. Christmas, new year and church anniversary celebrations before and our women's prayer breakfast and Living Water mission after. While this year's mission to the Dominican Republic was cancelled due to COVID-related travel restrictions, other events seemed to have more than filled the ministerial void. The vaccination clinic, apologetics workshop and Vacation Bible School are very present and near realities.
My ongoing hope and prayer is that each of us becomes connected to one of our small group fellowships. Their importance to our spiritual health through biblical study and relational ties cannot be over-stated. Please contact me or William Leung at william.leung@gmail.com to get connected.
It's been widely reported that COVID-19 vaccinations are increasing and schools and businesses are re-opening. Please call (916) 349-6980 if you or someone you know would like to receive a COVID-19 vaccination this Friday.
