The report from the BLUESS project looks at the basic skills development Europe, with special attention paid to Upskilling Pathways initiative and non-formal education. BLUESS is coordinated by the State VET Institute in Slovakia.

Testing self-assessment tools
Master project develops the personal, social and learning competences (PSL) of low-skilled adults. Recently the project tested various self-assessment tools. The learners engaged in testing included adults with low qualifications, adults from migrant background, refugees, students and general workers, providing diverse input and perspectives about the tools.
