Facilities Access Card Update: We are upgrading our Facilities Access System
Keep your current cards! Or request new or replacements.
Replacement cards will only be provided at a cost of $25 per card. Currently issued cards will work on the new system but only if they are registered using our quick online form. If you've never received cards, they can be requested using the online form. See details on our website.
Opening day for the pool is Saturday, May 1. To access the pool any weekend in May or during the summer schedule (or the tennis courts throughout the year), you MUST re-register your card using the survey at the link above. New and replacement cards requested will be distributed at the clubhouse on Friday, April 30th or Saturday May 1 from 6-7pm both days.
Important Information and Reminders
Our monthly meeting day is changing! Beginning this month, our monthly meeting (January through November) will happen on the 3rdTHURSDAY, at 7pm at the clubhouse. Our next meeting will be this Thursday, April 15th and the following on Thursday, May 20th.
Welcome to our new manager Clinton Seay! Christi Keller, who has managed us well since February 2020, is retiring effective April 30th. She has worked with Clinton during the last 2 months to ensure a smooth transition. See Christi's note to the community on our website. Clinton looks forward to working with our board, owners, and residents to continue to improve and keep our community working smoothly and looking great. Clinton's email is CSEAY@cmctx.com.
It's time for spring cleaning! As weather begins to warm, we encourage owners to take time to assess the needs of your home by checking fencing, landscaping, paint, etc for cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep needs. Remember that any external repair, replacement, or new construction work on the home (fencing, painting, roofing, solar panels, etc) requires a Home Improvement Request to be approved by the association PRIOR to start of work. That form and exterior maintenance guidelines can be found on our website.
Yard of the Month returns! Get those yards ready for viewing as our voting for the first round of awards (including a $100 home improvement store gift card each month) begins in the first week of May.
