Hello Colleagues,
We apologize for the confusion around this month’s User Group meeting. Due to an issue with how the calendar invitation was configured, when we updated the date of the meeting, the original date that was added to many users’ calendars did not update. This means that though the User Group was rescheduled for April 7th, everyone who had this meeting copied to their calendar still has it on April 14th.
Because of how many people were impacted, we will be holding this month’s User Group meeting again on April 14th. Moving forward, all of the meetings have been transitioned from a series to individual meeting invitations for each month (we are currently scheduled through August). The correct dates for the currently scheduled upcoming User Group meetings and updated bCal links are on the Learning Labs & User Group page.
Currently, the User Group meetings are held on Wednesdays from 11-12, and the week of the month varies based on the payroll schedule.
In light of the impacts this month, we believe that it is a good time to reassess the scheduling of the User Group meeting, as well as get feedback from you on the User Group and other areas of support and communication from the Berkeley UCPath Operations team.
