We have reviewed your application for a COVID-19 Individual Assistance Grant under "Phase 2" rules and have found that you are not eligible for assistance.
We made this determination based on the following: You received a CBJ COVID-19 Housing Assistance Grant.
As per the revised CBJ Ordinance authorizing “Phase 2” of the CBJ COVID-19 Individual Assistance program, anyone who received a CBJ COVID-19 Housing Assistance Grant is not eligible for Phase 2 funding of this program.
If you did NOT receive a CBJ COVID-19 Housing Assistance Grant please contact us to appeal this determination and we will review your case.
Appeals must be submitted within 3 business days by email to CBJAssist@ccsak.org subject line: APPEAL REQUEST.
