SUMMER UCM
Summer UCM will be kicking off the week of May 10th and going through until late June! (And a few things here and there in July, August)
We're still figuring out what exactly we'll do to balance not being on Zoom too much and our pandemic restrictions. We'd love to know where you'll be for the summer and what you'd be interested in being involved in, so fi you can take a literal minute to answer the form below, it would be super helpful!

VIRTUAL MISSIONSTRIP
May
Travel to Thailand - virtually. Yes, we are still going on a Mission’s trip this year to Thailand with Imagine Thailand, meeting University students in Bangkok.
This is a great opportunity to meet new students for fun, fellowship, ministry and a cross cultural exchange. We have come up with an initial itinerary to be fleshed out once we have a team.
There are three opportunities over the week,
Event 1 - A cross cultural cooking experience: Monday May 3rd, 5am-6:30am.
Event 2 - Games night: Friday May 7th, 5am-6:30am
Event 3 - Ministry time: Sunday May 9th, 5am-6:30am

G-HOUSE RENTERS
The UCM Bernice Gerard House is the on-campus home for UCM at UBC. This house is a core part of our campus ministry and acts as the central hub of the wider community. We maintain this house for 6-7 male residents seeking to engage in peer-to-peer discipleship and participate with UCM at UBC as leaders in the community. Our hope is to cultivate a space where the residents can flourish in their walk with God. UCM is happy to be in partnership with the PCDA (Pacific Centre for Discipleship Association) in this mission.
Our priority will be in housing current UBC students. However, all people affiliated with the UBC campus in some way are welcome to apply as well. Housing offers will be decided based on the information provided in this application, personal/pastoral references, and in-person (or phone call/video chat) interviews.
