 DETAIL
  1. Overview (for info)
At the All Clubs Meeting in March, NCF announced that from 2021, North Coast would join all other zones in having clubs post results to GameDay, formerly known as SportsTG. The previous system relied on team managers emailing in the results, and then NCF would post them. Not all managers delivered results promptly, resulting in many calls from players, families, managers and coaches wanting to see results. NCF would then chase clubs, who would then pursue managers. In 2021, to speed up the process, we require home clubs to upload scores to GameDay. Clubs will receive the results as a part of the new team sheet procedure (link). Once learned, it is a relatively simple process, but there are a few steps first which we need you to attend to ASAP. You can upload the results from your computer via a web browser or your smartphone or tablet via a web browser. It is recommended that you have only up to three people with the log-in credentials to GameDay and that a record is kept of those with access.

1a. Set up a sports TG account – 2-minute job (Action required)
Step one is to set up an account with GameDay. All clubs need to do this except Coffs Coast Tigers (as it has an existing account). Please use your official club email address to set up the account. The email addresses you should use are here: Link. To set up your account, go here: Link and follow the instructions to set up your account and confirm your email address. You don’t have to do anything else. Once we see your registration, we will activate it, and you can enter scores.

1b. Read the instructions on how to upload scores. (Action required)
Please read this procedure on how to upload the scores: Link. If you are having difficulty with this, please contact the NCF office.

1c. Deadlines
Clubs need to upload Friday and Saturday results by 10 pm Saturday and Sunday matches by 6 pm that day. The results won’t be published online on Saturday until 6.15 pm and 10.15 pm, and 6.15 pm on Sunday.
