NOTICE OF SPECIAL VIRTUAL MEETING OF UNIT OWNERS OF
SAPPHIRE BEACH RESORT AND MARINA, A CONDOMINIUM
The Board of Directors of Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina, a Condominium, hereby gives formal notice to all Unit Owners at Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina that a Special Virtual Electronic Meeting of the Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina Condominium Association Owners will be held starting at 7:00 pm AST on April 15, 2021 for the purpose of reviewing the Fiscal Year 2021 – 2022 Operating Budget with the Ownership. This Special Virtual Electronic Meeting will be held online using the Zoom Virtual Meeting Platform. Owners will receive an invitation to join the Virtual Meeting and the Virtual Meeting credentials will be sent via E-mail prior to the meeting date.
The order of business of the Unit Owners shall be as follows:
- Roll Call (determination of quorum). Article III, Section 10 of the By-Laws provides that “the presence in person or by proxy of Unit Owners having one-third (1/3) of the total authorized votes of all Unit Owners shall constitute a quorum at all meetings of Unit Owners”.
- Acceptance of Notice of Meeting by participation in the Special Virtual Electronic Meeting.
- Reading of Minutes of January 23, 2021 Annual Meeting.
- Review of the Fiscal Year 2021 – 2022 Operating Budget.
- New Business
- Adjournment of Meeting
