Well, here's my story, we all had choices during shutdown, The word shutdown, sounds horrible doesn't it. It literally puts you on closing every positive flow, that is alive in your brain and body. I've had my moments of feeling this way, we are human and its okay to feel this, its not okay when it puts you in self doubt, physical ailments, defeating thought patterns. This past year Triangelrivers, LLC has been ongoing challenge to improve to re evaluate business strategy and growth. Also to be resourceful as well. So I took advantage of this time to be still, sign up for myself, improve my website, look at my resources I've already have. Take online classes wtih Upledger Institute, Craniosacral Therapy. Self care, get back to meditation, physical activity, eating habits.
This folks has really put me in the growth category, writing my first chapter in a book of other healers and their story of how they become to be who they are and their amazing healing tools to help. I'm challenged myself and some of you may know I'm not the best writer,(I'm showing vulnerability with this), it was a challenge for me in school and still is as I write you to all.
