Today, we launched a new Workout of the Week in the Workout Library.
This week’s workout is Kaylee’s Tempo Plus Speed.
Here is a power-based twist on a classic 5K/10K workout inspired from Kaylee’s time in the University of Washington track & field distance program. Kaylee is a Stryd employee and lifelong runner with a tremendous dedication to the sport and an impressive list of running results & personal records to back that dedication up. This workout is a mix of both aerobic work paired with some faster, shorter intervals at the end is the perfect simulation for race day.
If you want to add this workout to your calendar, we recommend to swap out a workout from your plan with Kaylee’s Tempo Plus Speed in the weeks leading up to race day!
