Hand-baked fame |
Staying true to their philosophy of respecting heritage by baking everything by hand, guests can look forward to yet another choice spot to indulge in the already famous array of croissants that have been hailed as ‘the best in town’; and the crusty, buttery and sweet laminated rings of Kouign-Amann.

History-rich locale |
No stranger to reviving some of Singapore’s most iconic locales—with bakeries situated in history-steeped neighbourhoods including Tiong Bahru, Dempsey Hill and Chip Bee Garden—the Foothills outpost is housed in two of the original restored buildings that locals will remember fondly to belong to the former River Valley Swimming Complex. |

Pool-inspired design |
To that end, design elements inspired by its former glory—it was one of the earliest public pools in Singapore which officially opened in 1959—such as lifeguard stands, donut floats and faux “pool rules” signs have been built into the arrival experience to add a touch of quirk and reverence, complementing the swimming complex's remaining structures, in true TBB fashion. |
