Radiatori e Polpettine (little radiator-shaped pasta and meatballs), in celebration of the Oregon Symphony
|
|
The Oregon Symphony will host a free livestream concert this Saturday, April 17. The orchestra was founded in 1896 making it one of the oldest in our country. To celebrate our love for music, we've put together one of our most popular meal kits to be enjoyed while watching the symphony at home.
The dinner kit includes everything you need to create a dinner for two, featuring pork and beef meatballs, hand-extruded pasta, a quart of Marcella's No. 3 Tomato butter sauce, and Parmigiano-Reggiano to smother it all. Simple instructions are provided for pasta cooking and finishing dishes.
In addition, dinner includes Insalata Nostrana, crispy garlic bread, decadent tiramisu, and a paired bottle of wine. Austin's bottle selection this week is Quarticello Lambrusco, a dry, fizzy, peppery red wine.
Optionally, add cocktails to make it a complete Nostrana-at-home experience.
Order now for pick-up this Saturday, April 17, between 2 – 4pm at our contactless handoff table on the Nostrana patio.
