🍰 Never has our GNI team Slack been as full of “multiple people are typing” messages until we brought up a controversial topic: favorite cakes. Specially, we’re talking categories, not recipes. A few of our conclusions:

• We’re here for ice cream cake, and the best part are the crunchies. Overall consensus: ice cream cake should be equal parts ice cream and cake.
• The frosting-to-cake ratio is extremely important and very personal, but cupcakes definitely achieve it best. 
• Grocery store sheet cakes and boxed Funfetti mix will always reign supreme.
