Rob Roy, our Sous Chef & Macellaio, has once again prepared a dinner of slow-braised beef pot roast, ready for you to take home and heat up.
The dinner kit features a fully-cooked stracotto (Italian pot roast slow-braised in red wine, tomato, and herbs), served with roasted Prairie Creek Farm potatoes with fennel and onion, Focaccia Nostrana and two rich chocolate brownies.
Wine Director Austin Bridges has perfectly paired a bottle of biodynamic vino from the Tuscan coast — hints of cherry and blackberry, sweet spices, minerals lifted with mild tannins.
Round-out your experience with a bottled Negroni for two, an optional add-on at checkout.

- Slow-braised beef Stracotto (2lb)—braised with tomato, red wine, onion, carrots, celery, leeks, sage & thyme
- Insalata Nostrana—radicchio, Parmigiano Reggiano, rosemary-sage croutons, cæsar-style dressing (contains raw egg, anchovy)
- Roasted Prairie Creek Farm potatoes, fennel & onion
- Focaccia Nostrana—rosemary, sage, flaky Maldon salt
- Bittersweet chocolate brownies
