Let's talk about our two latest listings that came and went in less than 24 hours. Acreage is the name of the game. If you follow the KV Team social media channels, surely you came across photos and videos of 1117 Green Crest Trail NE in Ada. This stunning New England inspired farmhouse boasts over 5200 sq ft, sits on 2 acres, located in Forest Hills school district, and is just a stones throw from downtown Ada. It hit the market Friday morning and we accepted an offer later that evening. Now these sellers are on to the next project!
Our second listing was 11711 Foreman St SE in Lowell. Sitting on 5.46 acres, this property included two separate fenced-in horse pastures at an acre each, a riding arena/additional pasture, built-in fire pit, creek, the list goes on and on. We accepted an offer less than 24 hours after it went live. If you own acreage or know of anyone sitting on it, let us know.
In real estate news, the KV Team had a record week with 23 under contract! Even though we've never seen the market this lean, we are still making it happen for our clients. However, we cannot say this loud enough: WE NEED HOUSES! Ask any Realtor in GR and they are scrambling to find anything and everything. With this type of demand, it's hard to imagine when the market might soften.
