Class Descriptions
HIIT
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. 
Yoga with Brooke
Brooke will lead a beginner friendly vinyasa-style class which will combine movement and breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. This class is suitable for all levels!
Strength and Conditioning
A strength and conditioning class is designed to increase physical strength through weight-bearing and resistance exercise. All major muscle groups are worked from head to toe, giving you the complete workout!
Yoga with Ciera
Join Ciera as she leads a gentle yoga session that emphasizes stretching out your muscles. De-stress from the week with this class, which is designed for beginners. 
Running Training
Open to all skill levels, this class will enhance overall performance by improving technique and building endurance, stamina, speed, and strength.
Family Run with Laura
Laura is an avid runner - and a mother! This group run along the trail in Terra Alta Park is the perfect opportunity to get the whole family involved in fitness, no matter the experience level. 
REFIT
REFIT classes propel students to their best selves through dance, toning, balance and flexibility. Their easy-to-follow formula is perfect for both beginners and fitness enthusiasts, with workouts designed for everybody and everybody—regardless of age, shape, size or ability.
