Senior Night Support Worker


Organisation: St Martins Housing
Hours: 28.5 hours a week : 3 shifts a week- Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Location: Norwich
Salary: £10.37 per hour
The job holder will work alongside another Senior Support Worker to ensure the safety and welfare of residents in the Direct Access Hostel at night.

Recovery Worker


Organisation: Norfolk and Waveney Mind
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Daytime, Evening and Weekend working as part of a rota’d shift pattern
Location: Norwich
Salary: £18,479.21 Per annum (£38.60 for Sleep-ins)
Mind require experienced individuals to join an exciting and innovative team to provide psychologically-informed, recovery focused support to people with mental health and complex needs.

Senior Community Support Worker


Organisation: Aylsham Care Trust
Hours: 22.5 hours over 3 days per week
Location: Aylsham 
Salary: FTE £20,476 (pro-rata) depending on skills and experience

You will be responsible for developing and delivering person-centred activities and provide a high quality, efficient service to clients. A key element of the role will be to support clients to meet their goals through centre-based, home support and other activities providing personal support.

Young People’s Support Worker

Hours: 22.5 per week to be worked flexibly
Location: King's Lynn
Salary: £13,012.90 per annum, including sleep in and on call allowances.

Support Workers build positive relationships with young people, ensuring their safety and wellbeing, and providing support, advice and guidance with their education and career.

Criminal Justice Liaison – Pathways


Organisation: St Martins Housing
Hours: 38 hrs a week
Location: Norwich
Salary: £20,903- £24,491
Within the role, you will have direct responsibility for the assessment and support of individuals using the Pathways Service, where their offending impacts on housing and homelessness and you will need to liaise with all persons identified as appropriate to the support of each individual.

Social Isolation Communications Officer


Organisation: Community Action Norfolk
Hours: 19 hours per week
Location: North Norfolk and Breckland District areas
Salary: £23,662 pro rata, £11,831 per annum
You will work closely with colleagues to develop, manage and deliver an effective communications programme, promoting the service and other support available to individuals, assist the recruitment of volunteers and help raise awareness of the issues and impacts of loneliness and isolation.

Community Support Manager


Organisation: Emmaus Norfolk & Waveney
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Ditchingham
Salary: £36,000 gross per annum
The Community Support Manager, who reports to the Director, will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Companion (resident) support and development as well as all aspects of management of the residential homes.

Residential Development Worker – LIVE IN


Organisation: Emmaus Norfolk & Waveney
Location: Ditchingham
Hours: 40 per week. Flexible hours including on call duties
Salary: £18,000 per annum with accommodation, some meals and no utility costs

The Support Worker will be responsible for the provision of support to Companions (residents), who require help both emotionally and practically, so they can live and work in the community, develop life skills and realise their full potential to move on when they are ready.
