Here is one final reminder about our trip to Six Flags! We will meet at the Martin's parking lot in Oxford at 8AM, and we will spend the day at the park. Tickets, parking, and food come out to $70. We will pay for tickets and meal passes ahead of time, so you can send $70 to youth group/to Davis at the church in order to reserve your child's ticket.We will return to the Martin's parking lot at 9PM.
Kids will NOT have backpacks in the park during the day, so encourage them to pack light – probably just a cell phone and enough cash for the day. Contact Davis with any questions.
TWO ADDITIONAL AND IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE SIX FLAGS TRIP:
1.) If you have not done so already, please complete a student information sheet and liability release (button found below). These are to be notarized, and Jennifer Pool can do that either at youth pickup this coming Sunday or in the morning on 4/17 before we leave for Six Flags.
2.) If you are going on this trip or plan to do any work with the youth in the coming months, PLEASE complete our short Safe Sanctuary training, which you can find more information from using the buttons below. Contact me directly for further instructions. Thank you!
