Week 1: Assessment of your level of strength-flexibilty for tailored content
Week 2: Learning how to access deep breathing for more effective results 
Week 3: Introducing active flexibility, an injury preventative technique
Week 4: High-level drills to push those last few cms

Offering you a very strong foundation, this flex program is for those who want to do as little as possible and gain as much as possible. These sessions are very high on technique and are designed specifically for pole dancers with a very high caution for injury prevention during stretching.

Work on everything related to your core and glutes. Not only you will you get a very strong core that will transfer you into the next phase of your aerial journey, we will strengthen and shape your glutes to give you a firm bubble butt, just in time for the summer!
We will directly target your:
1- TVA & Stabilizers - the muscles that hold you together
2- Rectus Abdominus - your 6 pack happens here
3- Obliques - get all the definition you ever wanted + your iron X
4- Glutes - the gluteus Maximus, the gluteus medius and the gluteus minimus
