Our spiritual nature is to hope and dream and visualize and to connect to our purpose in life. It’s the trigger that motivates us to encounter, discover, create, and synthesize meaning, purpose and values in our lives and to seek a greater good. It enables us to access unconscious aspects of the self and to embed these higher meanings, values, and purposes in living a richer and more creative life. It makes us whole, and gives us our integrity. It helps us ask fundamental questions and reframe our answers. It transforms us.

Free - MY INNER SPIRIT SETS ME FREE.
I express my free and unlimited spirit in this moment. The past cannot bind me. The future does not limit me. As a spiritual being, I am free! As I let go of any thoughts and feelings that have burdened me or pushed me down, my heart is uplifted into a new vista, a higher atmosphere of freedom.
I embrace the truth that I have the power within me to determine my experience. With God as my source, I am meant to live freely. No one else can give me my happiness or peace of mind. Just as I wish to express my uniqueness, I allow others their distinctive expressions.
As I free others, I generously share the love of God that fills my heart, expands my mind, and frees my soul.
See what love the Father has given us, that we should be called children of God; and that is what we are.—1 John 3:1

To Practice This Thought:
Find a spiritual mentor, living or historical. Do what you can to follow in their footsteps.
We learn about ourselves, our history and society by asking questions that expose the shadows in which we still live. Hear the nondual message of “oneing” and celebrate the Incarnation itself. Oneing is sensuality and substance are one thing; the “glorious mingling” of body and soul, matter and spirit; the marriage of nature and God; panentheism (God in all things and all things in God); and on the marriage of God and the human. The feminine side of God is the imbuing not only God the Creator, but God the Liberator, and God the Spirit. Between God and the human there is no between. God is in nature, nature and grace are one, and that goodness is everywhere. Hear the sacredness of nature.
