Dear Friends and Fellow Republicans

Dear Friends and Fellow Republicans:

61,012,997

This number is one of the most important yet least known numbers in American history.  That number is the number of abortions performed since Roe Vs. Wade passed in the early 1970's.  At a recent campaign event, former Speaker of the House Kirk Cox was talking about this number, and the impact that number had on him personally.    The crowd was stunned, as no one had ever really understood that number before.

For the record, and I once told this story to you - I used to be pro-choice.  This was over 2 decades ago.  Most people who grew up in NOVA were.  Be they Republican or Democrat.  And in retrospect, you really didn't have a choice but to be pro-choice (pun intended).  Big Abortion required it, and anyone who wasn't pro choice was labeled as anti-woman.  The pressure was subtle but was real.  And the pro abortion people were smart about how they applied pressure and manipulated people into thinking that abortion was a good thing.

The one thing that most people who hail from NOVA do not know, nor do most others know, is that black mothers are 4x more likely than white mothers to have an abortion.  https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7436774/

And this is by design.  The Abortion lobby knows how to spin abortion into being a right, forgetting the rights of the child, and never mentioning the truth about Planned Parenthood - that it was formed by Margaret Sanger to try and eradicate "undesirables" through eugenics - aka those babies not fit to be born according to their made up specifications.

We've come a long way from Bill Clinton saying that we need to have abortion to be "safe legal and rare" to now where we have the Planned Parenthood politicians saying that abortions must be performed up to and even after a baby has been born.

They are sick depraved persons.  As Christ said in the Gospel of Matthew:  "If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in me—to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea. Woe to the world because of the things that cause people to stumble! Such things must come, but woe to the person through whom they come!" (Matthew 18:6–7, NIV)

I've come a long way.  From being pro-choice to having sung Christmas Carols at a Planned Parenthood.  Pray for those who don't know the truth about abortions.  Abortion is murder, and we must be the party of Life, Liberty, and Limited Government.  Note that Life comes 1st, because without Life, nothing else matters.

We the Party of Life, Liberty, and Limited Government, cannot and must not be a part of one of the greatest genocides in World history, and that is the high number of African American unborn babies who have been slaughtered in the name of reproductive rights.

Other Thoughts

I've had the privilege of having spoken to all but 1 of the statewide candidates, and meeting all but 2 of them.   Most on multiple occasions.   I'd like to take this time to thank each of them for stepping up to run, to put themselves out there in the public eye - for the prize of being the person who has to turn around what McAwful and King Ralph Northam have given to posterity.

I was talking to my good friend JH a couple of weeks ago, and JH was raving over and over about what a great group of candidates we have running.  And the more I thought on it, the more it was obvious that JH was right.  We have candidates who have great legislative experience, we have candidates who have good business world experience.  We have candidates who have been great prosecutors, we have candidates who have been great legislators.  We have candidates who are great orators, we have candidates who have a track record of getting things done in Richmond.  We have candidates who are immigrants who are living the American dream of coming from nothing to being self made millionaires.   We have great law enforcement officers running.  You can find just about anything you want in the current crop of candidates.

I do not know who everyone is supporting, and my advice is if you're not aligned with a particular candidate, take the time to study up on all of them.  You have until May 8 to make up your mind.

Prefile deadlines are coming up fast.  Some of the locales have already closed their prefile deadlines.  Others are still open but with only a few days left.

Here are the cutoff dates for the locales in CD 6.  If your locale is not listed on there, odds are their prefile deadline has already passed.

Upcoming Deadlines in CD6:
Bath County- 4/9
Highland County- 4/9
Staunton City- 4/9
Botetourt County- 4/10
Warren County- 4/10
Augusta County- 4/16
Harrisonburg City- 4/16
Rockingham County- 4/16
Shenandoah County- 4/16
Lynchburg City- 4/19
Rockbridge/Lex/BV- 4/20
Page County- 4/20
Roanoke City- 4/22

I have no idea who will win on May 8.  But what I do know is this.  We must turn around the ship of state, and get this state back on the right track, or else Virginia, the cradle of liberty in the Western Hemisphere, will be a socialist's paradise (aka a sewer pit).

See you soon

yours
