Spring 2021 Update
Happy April from the Rensbergers! We want to catch you up on our life over the last couple months. We are encouraged by each and every one of you being part of our team. Many have reached out to let us know you're praying for us, and we truly appreciate every single card, email, text, phone call, etc.
Keep scrolling for a short update on each of us. If you have any questions about our ministry, future plans, daily life, etc. please feel free to contact us! Our email addresses are toward the bottom of the update.
Lance
The main project Lance has worked on since August is completing the 2,000 hour inspection of Ethnos360 Aviation's training helicopter. The team in the shop spent countless hours disassembling, replacing parts, painting, and putting the helicopter back together. Mid-February they conducted the return to service flight, and it was put back into service as a trainer for the other students.. This project has been great training for Lance because each potential field we could serve on will have this same helicopter.
Looking forward, Lance leaves for a 10 day course put on by Robinson Helicopter Company the second week of April. Please be in prayer for him as he attends class, studies, and travels to and from California. Also be in prayer for Caitlin and Eli as they will miss him at home!
Lance is still doing well managing his auto-immune diseases, but we'd love continued prayer for him. He had some routine imaging done recently that was fairly encouraging, but did show the possibility of early signs of a scarring disorder of some of the bile ducts. He is continuously working with his doctors to find the correct dosage for his medications. We praise the Lord for modern medicine to keep him healthy, but we also are continuing to ask God to heal his body.
Caitlin
Many of you already know, but in case you haven't heard - God answered our prayers and the placenta moved! Caitlin's pregnancy is no longer a high risk situation. We are SO thankful for the prayers you all lifted up on our behalf. Baby girl is due in just six weeks, and we can't wait to welcome her into our family. Caitlin's days have been filled with turning our third room into a nursery, class twice a week, flight following for the trainee pilots, and most recently she joined the teaching rotation for children's church.
Eli
Eli is growing and learning new things each and every day! One of the most significant developments since our last update is that he is walking! He was later than most kids his age, but he is doing so well now. You'd never know he's only been on two feet for a little over a month. We'd appreciate prayers as we continue to train him up and teach him about Jesus. Also, pray for him as he transitions from only child to big brother.
How can we pray for you?
Please email us at lance_rensberger@ntm.org or caitlin_rensberger@ntm.org
so we can lift up your requests and praises.
Partnership Development

Praise the Lord that we are roughly halfway to our support goal for overseas living! Once we know which field we'll serve on we'll have a more accurate number. We are continuing to build our ministry team as we look toward moving overseas. Please click below if you want to schedule a video call or just have questions for us!
