Learning to Pray the Examen is a series of brief videos that teach and guide you through the Prayer of Examen. This way of praying is different than most. It seeks to help us discover where God is already present and speaking in our lives. The prayer itself follows five steps and can be brief, or lead to deeper reflection. You can use the videos like an app, and fit them into a time that works best for you.
