Updated Job Aid: Interlocation One-Time Additional Pay
UCPath Center has updated process steps 1, 2 and 5 in the Interlocation One-Time Additional Pay job aid.
Mass PayPath Actions (E-081) - Workaround No Longer Required
On February 22, we shared an update from UCPath regarding an issue that affected employee records with disconnected Position FTE and Job Data FTE fields when position updates were made via Mass PayPath Actions (E-081).
The issue was resolved as of April 2, and locations no longer need to use the previously communicated workaround. The workaround required marking the UC_INCLUDE_FTE column as ‘N’ only for those rows where Position and Job FTE are intentionally disconnected. This step is no longer required in order to maintain a disconnected Position and Job FTE.
