Bylaw Amendment vote will take place at the meeting. Please review in advance HERE to expedite the voting process (only members may vote). We will have an online voting process to be reviewed at the beginning of the meeting.
SBNA Board Elections will take place at this meeting. The following positions are open: President, Vice President (aka Chair and Co-Chair if Bylaw Amendment approved) and multiple At Large Board Members (position of Treasurer and Secretary to be decided upon after election by board members per Bylaws). For further information see Bylaws as referenced above. If you would like to run for a seat on the board please email southwestbendna@gmail.com or you can self-nominate at the meeting.
