Today's Chart of the Day was shared on Twitter by Anosh Mody ( @anoshmodyy). It's a daily ratio chart of Nifty PSU Bank vs. Nifty 50 over the past two years with the RSI indicator in the lower pane. Anosh points out that the ratio is retesting the inverse head and shoulder breakout zone and currently lies above the 200-day moving average. Additionally, positive momentum divergence foreshadows less downside and bullish reversal. As Nifty Bank index gaining its strength, look out for the lousy counterpart of the banking sector. |
