Brentwood Water and Wastewater Renewal Project Update – April 28, 2021
As work progresses on the project, we are providing updates on the project schedule.
Current Activities:
Crews are currently testing water valves to help make plans for connecting water lines along the water mains that have been constructed. During this testing, water service may be interrupted for short periods of time.
Over the next 3-4 weeks, crews will tie-in water lines on side streets. If your water service will be affected during these tie-ins, then a notice will be left on your door 48 hours in advance, so you can make preparations.
Crews also are working to replace curbs and sidewalks damaged from the service connections.
Upcoming Project Schedule:
These dates may change if we discover unknown conditions during our construction efforts.
- Beginning late May: Install cured in place pipe
- End of July: Finish sidewalks
- August or September: Begin final paving
We plan to continue to notify residents prior to work on their block and street. Thank you for your understanding as we work to complete this project.
