On Monday nights during the month of May, Toni Wright will be teaching on Praying Scripture. God's Word says (1 John 5:14, 15) that He will answer prayers prayed according to His will. Since His Word is His will, praying His Word are prayers we know that He will answer, "Yes"! The teaching will be held May 3, 10, 17 and 24 from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm in the Prayer Room (off of the Warehouse). For those four weeks, open prayer will be from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
The Prayer Room will be closed Memorial Day, May 31.The Prayer Room will resume open prayer during regular hours 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Mondays in June.
On Sunday, May 2 at 12:45 we will be hosting a virtual Welcome Lunch for those who may be newer to BCC. (Hopefully this will be our last VIRTUAL one!) It will be an informal time sharing some virtual Mexican food, and to meet some of our staff and elders. Sign up at info@beavercreekchristian.org.

Child Dedication is coming May 1st. This is our first milestone event for kids in KidsLife. We celebrate the birth of your son or daughter, & encourage your journey to raise them in the Lord. If you would like to join us, contact Kristi@beavercreekchristian.org.
We are so excited that BCC is a host location for this year’s Work as Worship Retreat. Join thousands of Christian business professionals and church leaders across the country for a livestream event to hear how to connect faith and work. This event can bring people of all backgrounds and work experiences together to help break down the wall between Sunday and the rest of the week.

This year’s speakers include David Steward, Jon Acuff, John Maxwell, Louie Giglio, Stephanie Chung, Dr. Henry Cloud, and Brandon Mann.

Snacks will be provided, and lunch will be on your own. The cost is $50.
Seating is limited to 25. To register, follow this link:

The Church Has Left the Building!
For the next couple of months, we want to show some love to health care workers. They are always deserving of our encouragement and support, but especially over the past year or so, they have gone above and beyond. With COVID many of them have literally put their lives on the line to serve and care for people. There are the doctors, nurses, and staff at local hospitals and practices, as well as all those who work at local assisted care facilities. We invite you to creatively show love to folks who work in healthcare of all kinds: nurses, doctors, counselors, social workers, etc. As you do so, we invite you to share with us stories of how God is at work.
As we are trying to stay connected as a church getting info out to you and helping you connect is vitally important, which is why we’ve built BaseCamp. To make that connection as easy as possible we are asking everyone to set up BaseCamp on your phone’s home screen. Follow the link below for short instructional video on how you can do that and stay connected with us.
