For those of you new...or actually for everyone because I don't think that I've ever formally introduced myself...⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My name is Erin Clyne, and I am the founder of Wellness Lab. I grew up as a competitive gymnast, was a professional contemporary dancer in Chicago, and have since "retired" to become a stunt woman here in NYC. You may have seen this image from when I was featured in
@jordanmatter Dancers Among Us.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

From my physically demanding endeavors I, of course, withstood many injuries and kept picking myself up and dusting myself off. At the age of 11 I fractured my knee and had to let go of my Olympic dreams despite being on the nationally competitive team. I rediscovered dance and recovered my self-identity. I will always be a mover.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
From these experiences and others I discovered how important holistic health is for self-confidence and the ability to trust my body and mind to keep myself moving forward. From pre-med education, to a bachelor's in psychology, to a massage therapy license, certifications galore, and now moving into a Master's of Health and Human Performance - my goal is to help myself and those around me to find that confidence, grit, and resilience to forge their own path.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
From building mental or physical resilience to building your own business, I would love to support you along your journey. Please take a look around the site, reach out if you have questions, and let me know how I can support you on your wellness journey.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

In Good Health,⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
