Spring Clean Your Business
April 2021
Springtime is the perfect time to refresh your business with a few easy-to-manage "Spring cleaning" exercises. The result can mean more effective use of your time and a bigger bottom line.
- Organize your communications - check those emails and create folders for storing important passwords and instructions, client communications, and things that require follow-up.
- Dust off your website - we saw lots of you beef up your web presence during the pandemic and we're so happy you did. Now keep it accurate by checking your open & closing times, update essential details, and refresh your content if applicable.
- Deep clean your books - review files and accounts, sort your receipts, and scan what you can. Assess outstanding invoices and prioritize getting them paid.
- Refresh your space - whether you operate a storefront or work from a home office, a good dusting, fresh landscaping or flowers, and a welcoming entryway can go a long way.
