Mental Health Awareness Week 2021
|
|
The theme of this year's Mental Health Awareness Week is 'connecting with nature'. It's a wonderful excuse to take action and get active in the great outdoors! Why not do some fundraising, and complete 30 minutes of exercise every day throughout May? You can run, jog, walk, skip or be as creative as you like.
