Autism Awareness Month
DCSD joins families and organizations across the nation in recognizing the month of April as National Autism Awareness Month. This is an opportunity to honor scholars with autism and the professionals who serve them. We celebrate our exceptional students!

Happy Earth Day!!! Thank you to Publix employees @ Piedmont Store, staff and their kids, and Captain Planet along with CP board chair Laura Turner Seydel. This army of volunteers got our STEM gardens cleaned up and ready for planting. All the vegetables the kids plant this spring will be donated to the local food bank this summer. Thanks to Stephanie Spencer, Laurie Law, Angelique, Leo and Caroline Manzi, Kristin, Whitney and Andy Moehlich, Julia and Cole Harrison, Allison Nelson , Mark Montello, Janice, Kaitlyn, and Micah Florence.
