Given the recent spike in local COVID-19 cases, and following recent guidance from public health advising reducing non-essential contact as much as possible, we have decided to shut down the bricks-and-mortar office for a period of at least two weeks.
If you need to drop off tax information for Traci @ Nova & Beyond Bookkeeping, there is a lockbox installed on the upper-level unit (Civic 1150, follow the signs for Trinity "Too"/Nova and Beyond). There will be someone on-site every day to collect this information. Alternatively, Traci has a secure electronic delivery option available.
In terms of Trinity's core financial advisory and investment business, we are fully capable of accessing any information or handling any transaction that you may need during this temporary closure. We were able to effectively work remotely for the better part of three months last year, and the technology and teamwork have only improved since then.
This is been a long road for everyone involved and we do welcome the opportunity for face-to-face contact again soon, as I am sure you all do. We will update you as soon as circumstances change. In the meantime, we are fully ready to respond via phone, email, or in the case of meetings, virtual calls.
I hope you and your family are safe and doing well well mentally as we continue to navigate through this strange and challenging world we find ourselves in. This too shall pass.
