echo has now been swimming around analyzing your data for the past 3 months. We have seen users benefit greatly from using
echo to highlight products that your customers may be interested in purchasing and the feedback has been fantastic. We have plenty more new features in store for
echo which will be rolling out in the coming months.
One live example below from last week shows a Sales Rep generate over 80% of their orders in a single day through suggestions from
echo. (you can see these sales on these graphs on your Console home screen)
Below is just a reminder of the functionality that
echo brings to your IntelliBrand deployment. We would be delighted to hear any feedback or suggested improvements!

echo swims around analysing your data and brings useful information to the surface when he finds it.
You may now notice the
echo logo appearing when you are in the Order tab in the app. If this is the case, it means
echo has found some products that he believes your Customer may be interested in ordering. We do this by analysing the purchasing habits of similar customers, similar product groups, new products etc and combining all this data together to surface useful recommendations to your users.
Below is where you will see
echo appear if he finds some recommendations for you:
Tapping on
echo will then show you products that he recommends and the reason that they are recommended. You can directly add products to your Order from this screen by tapping the + or - icons to set the Order quantity.
You can also tap the Overflow menu to Remove the product so that it will not appear as a recommendation for this Customer again.
