And an update...
My boss--no--my BOSS'S boss, our Executive Director Todd Guckenberger, unexpectedly set a meeting with Jen and me to discuss LEAD Weekly, an initiative we lead to provide leadership training to our staff globally. I was nervous. Why did he call this meeting? What didn't I know about it? Was there a problem?
We walked in the room to see that Todd had gathered a small crowd, then began singing happy birthday to LEAD Weekly! Without even knowing it, we had just delivered the 52nd weekly episode and this was a surprise celebration of impact.
I know Todd well enough to know he would never blindside me with a problem. But it felt good to be blindsided by a celebration. I love the community I am serving in and am grateful to be able to pour out my life for the Lord here.
This global impact is possible because of you. THANK YOU for the partnership and encouragement you also give us so we can continue to serve.

Prayer Requests
- There is a LOT of virtual training coming up. Pray for the preparation and delivery to transform lives and increase our impact.
- I expect to travel this year again. Pray for wisdom for when and where, and protection as I go.
- The corporate team is slowly transitioning back to the office, which can be a difficult transition. Pray for wisdom and connection through the process.
