Click & Collect

Pick Up Your Holds Curbside Using Your Smartphone
Click & Collect is a new way for patrons who have smartphones to pick up items on hold without having to leave their car:
  • Start by downloading the MAIN app from the Apple App Store or Google Play by searching “MAIN Libraries" or clicking here. Once downloaded, the app will guide you through a one-time login.
  • When an item you have place on hold is available for pickup, go to My Account – Holds – Click & Collect.
  • Tell us when you are on your way, your ETA, and when you arrive at the library, ready to pick up your Hold.
  • Staff will check out your item and deliver it curbside to your vehicle. All from the app!
