It takes stamina, skill and courage to be a lifeguard in the wild and sometimes treacherous north coast ocean waters. Join us for a glimpse into what it takes to be a lifeguard during this livestream held on location at the lifeguard tryouts, pre-qualification swim, and training taking place at Trinidad State Beach. State Parks Interpreter, Angie Edmunds, will be live on the beach with lifeguards Ranger Keven Harder and Dillon Cleavenger to learn more.
