The Silver Spring Citizens Advisory Board has three Committees:

Commercial Economic Development (CED)
Transportation + (Environment, and Energy)
Neighborhoods

The full Board meets the second Monday of the month at 7 p.m. The Committees meet the fourth Monday of the month at 7 p.m. The Committees usually meet in separate venues - whether in person or virtually.  Participants will join a Zoom meeting room where the chairs will introduce their topics for the evening and then we will utilize breakout rooms to host the three meetings simultaneously.  Participants will be able to choose which meetings they attend.

AGENDAS FOR MONDAY, APRIL 26th 7:00 p.m. MEETINGS

• CED: The Commercial Economic Development Committee will be meeting with Elizabeth Gallauresi (Arts Consultant to the Silver Spring Arts & Entertainment District) and Eric Rasch (Operations Manager Silver Spring Civic Building at Veterans Plaza)  to discuss (a) how their efforts contribute to Montgomery County's economy, (b) how their mission has shifted during the pandemic, and (c) their plans for a post pandemic Silver Spring.
• Transportation +: The Transportation, Energy and Environment Committee will be continuing the discussion from our full board meeting on Shared Streets and Vision Zero with Vision Zero Coordinator Wade Holland.
• Neighborhoods: The Neighborhoods Committee is hosting a Principals Meeting, a conversation with a number of Principals from local area schools to discuss education in the Silver Spring area.
