The pandemic has exposed the challenges the non-profit sector and volunteer engagement profession in particular face. Over the past 12 months, leaders of volunteers have been redeployed, laid-off, and staffing levels reduced to bare minimums. Reva Cooper facilitates a discussion with our panel to explore working together to forward current and emerging advocacy initiatives to support the individual leader of volunteers as well as the volunteer engagement profession.
Panelists represent: Volunteer Canada, Imagine Canada, Ontario Volunteer Centre Network, Volunteer Management Professionals of Canada, and
Ontario NonProfit Network.
