We have focused our April intentions on continuing to grow opportunities for diverse talent in Marion County. We already achieved our goal of 100% minority participation on the 38th and Sheridan project, including 97% MBE and 3% WBE and VBE. Now, we are working to help our partner subcontractors hire as much diverse talent as possible to extend the opportunity all the way down the pipeline to fresh talent entering the skilled trades.
