The SBA Tennessee District Office is still accepting applications for the 2021 Emerging Leaders Initiative in Nashville.
- This intensive executive-level series is intended to accelerate the growth of high-potential small businesses in America’s underserved cities.
- The comprehensive curriculum includes 100+ hours of professional specialized training and peer-to-peer counseling.
- This program provides business owners with the tools they need to catapult their company to the next level and become a force for positive change in their communities.
NOTE: This training is for established business owners and is not for start-ups or those who are thinking about starting a business.
Are you a Nashville small business that was impacted by the March 2020 Tornado and/or the Nashville December 25 Explosion? If so, you should register for this training.
Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Have annual revenues of at least $250,000.
- Have been in business for at least 3 years.
- Have at least one employee, other than self (participant must be CEO, COO, CFO, Owner, or President and be key decision maker).
- A demonstrated commitment, professionalism, and readiness to take one's venture to a new level of success.
Application deadline approaching. Business owners who meet the eligibility requirements will be contacted for an interview. The start date for this cohort is will be announced soon. Classes will be held virtually. The only cost for this program is your time and commitment to complete the curriculum over a 7-month period.
